I have been thinking about getting either the System 76 Lemur or a Framework 13 Pro. I want to a repairable laptop that uses type C for charging and these two fit that. I'll probably run Omarchy since my wife is currently using it on her old HP laptop. It does take awhile to get use to the tiling windows in Omarchy.

Every medicine has some time to take effect. With coffein you have around 20-40 minutes until the effect is in full activity.
So it is reasonable to account people that only just got vaccinated still as unvaccinated. Since their immune system did not yet get the time to react fully on the jab.
But this will make a very small change in evidence. When a pandemic was here around 3 years, I would not give a damn about two weeks.
And yes. Today it is more clear than ever, that vaccines like Phizer, Modena and those used in the west had by far lower sideeffects, than the infection has had effects on the body.

The most sever sideeffect of vaccines (Myocarditis) occured 7 times more often in infected people than in people that had the vaccine. So yes this was may still a sideeffect. But COVID caused it also simply in a much higher number of people.
I don’t know about you, but every time I receive a ZAP or an XAP, it feels as though I’ve received a small bank transfer.

You've got the Cascade mountains to the west. It's thick forest from there to the coast. That's what everybody knows of Washington. Head east from those mountains and it opens into high plains for a very long time.
Eventually you get to Spokane and that's where the trees start again. You can head north from there and it's a less dense forest than the coastal areas but with much more wildlife and much less people and it's beautiful like that all the way to the Canadian border.
If you instead go south from Spokane you get the rolling hills of the Pallouse. It's rich farmland but terrain not quite like any you've seen elsewhere. The strangely rounded hills rising and falling as far the as the eye can see look like what you would get from a painter if you asked him for rolling hills and he made it a little too perfect.
