Pretty much, yes.
Bitcoin was never supposed to be "Regulated".
It evolved to Fuck The System, not to be fucked by it!
Still better to hold than fiat but, sad times.

No, I meant the quality of life and happiness that is the result of not being surrounded by poverty.
Nope. Further compression failed. Now at 119 KB.
You can see the json by selecting that option in the menu.

Start9? Umbrel is maybe still more ubiquitous among the Nostr community, though.
Main thing is that it would run on hardware the average user probably already has, and that it would be more or less one-click install with guided config in a GUI.
Wisp is the app. This is the mascot. His name could be anything.
I took a pic with 1.2 MB as jpg, then screenshotted it to 141 KB as png, then uploaded to 116 KB png.
My eyes look fuzzy and I look more plastic and like an AI pic. You can't zoom in to see any details. Massive quality loss, but if it's just a pic in a mobile feed or a pfp, that's good enough.
One minute, let me post it. Let me see if I can get aitherboard working. Should shrink it, even more.

Why did you tag me? 🤣 Fun stickers though.
I think he’s more of a Willie.
We need a name for this little guy.

That's pretty decent for something that small, I assume it was already compressed (jpeg?) or just a small resolution. jpegs are usually super compressed already. It's the big ass pngs that have much more room to go. What format did it create? Webp has some controversy but in my experience it usually has the best compression for web images.

Eating that burger in Norway >>> eating it in Thailand.
You are underestimating how important the median wealth of the residents is to the standard of living of other residents.
Iran this Israel that.

Or, what do you think? Which is higher?
It's in your relay list, but seems to be unchecked as it's also a favorite. Seems to be deduplicating with the wrong priorisation. Outboxes are more valuable than favorites.

Testing the #NerdNOS #Metal by @nprofile…3cp6 & @TheSoloMiningCo. Open source solo miner, Apple-like aluminum unibody, cold to the touch even under load. ~200 th/s at 10 watts, runs off a power bank too. Silent. Also works as a block-clock: price, fees, block height, time. Full review soon. 👀 https://blossom.primal.net/cfce745f081f0257c7eb61f72e608c36188f057cb13c5c4e13c6137b013eb7ab.png https://blossom.primal.net/2d6d75356f962e036701ba9087348139c89c4faa6c50d0d059fddd9723152bab.png
Just tried a photograph. Nostr.band reduced it from 141 KB to 116. Typical 20% reduction.

Lol they were just early, not necessarily wrong! I don’t see us going that, but only time will tell. I’m a stacked not a trader anyway, I buy at any price 🤙
Oh I know it! We have been in the habit of that too 😆 so hard to resist!
But we did a test last year where we waited a full four weeks later than our usual seeding date— seedlings went in later, but there was almost zero transplant stress compared to the earlier planted ones. By the time the earlier sowing had bounced back and recovered, the later sowing had already caught up!
Plus, saved us the extra trouble/cost of using heating pads indoors to start the seeds since our house is still around 50° in March lol.
Norway and Switzerland are more expensive, but you earn more money and have a higher living standard.
How does this work? Do you have your own tamagochi and it communicates with other tamagochis over nostr? I like that, that saves all the time on socializing, you just get your tamagochi to socialize for you...

Yeah have definitely read to avoid using the 3.5mm jack.
This paired with a splitter (so I can still listen on speakers and record at the same time) would be the easy/simple route.
Or level up would be a proper USB Audio Interface…

Realizing it's likely fruition, leads people to the realization that they need to learn more about the Broken Money. That leads them to Bitcoin.
I mentioned The Mandibles in my impromptu TED talk, and today burned an audible credit to gift it to one of the ladies in attendance. It's interesting to me that more women are interested in the dollar dying than their husbands. It seems the bros think they can all become expert traders and beat inflation with polymarket wins. HFSP bro-chacho.

Yeah that’s what I did with this video but it just doesn’t capture the magic of music on vinyl IMO. I have no technical expertise whatsoever as far as how to go analogue->digital capture with better quality.
For heat? Where’s the miner? 😆
I’ve always been tempted to go that route but electricity costs are waaay too high in our area for it to be viable.
We’ve settled on unheated and tbh I don’t see much need for the additional heat—we grow throughout winter even at 44°N in Maine. Things just grow a bit slower in Dec/Jan but take off again by end of Feb.
My daughter and niece made this 🥹
