It does a scan of all the default relay set on first launch. In testing there is no difference as of yet. After the first scan, it will get new tracks in real-time when open, and do delta updates at every launch.
The difference with this scan is it does default + all found outbox relay. Can be very heavy, so I want it hidden in advanced and only user initiated 😂
