Looks like a worthy mission. Also not sure how much I still buy the promise of Matrix. I'm usually leaning more back to 'let's just finally actually adopt xmpp after 25 years.'
There's a lot of stuff that looks nice but I like to keep my stacks lower to the ground to avoid too many dependencies that could introduce issues. Big reason I decided I won't be bothering with specter (but will be learning my way around bitcoin-cli more).
Minimalism has always resonated more with me anyway.
Pumpkin dal with bone broth and spinach, topped with raita. The flavors are poppin: used curry leaves, cumin seeds, brown mustard seeds, amchur (green mango), and kashmiri chili powder, among other basics. Soooo happy with how this turned out 😋 #foodstr

Lame dodge. You know what I meant.
Why don't you proof of work your posts? Are you a lazy bot?
Maybe? I see some spam blocks but wisp both comes through. Do follows override the filters? You did tell us to follow it before botifying.

You're on mobile. Got it.
That's an entirely different game than console/pc. Lol

Hai provato anche Nostur?
Put your smartphone in airplane mode and open the link
No chicken dinners for minecrafters.
Get a VPN, then turn it off lol
How it Works
The technology behind Nowhere
Every Nowhere store is a compact data structure - products, prices, images, settings - encoded directly into a URL. When you open a store link, your browser decodes this data and renders the store entirely client-side. No server is involved in displaying the store.
Orders are placed using the Nostr protocol, a decentralized communication network. When you check out, your order details are encrypted with the seller's public key and published to the network's relays. Only the seller has the private key needed to decrypt and read your order. When an order is broadcast, the network can see that a Nowhere purchase was made - but it is impossible to tell which store it was for, who placed it, or what was ordered.
Seller identity and store integrity are verified using deterministic phrases derived from cryptographic fingerprints. The seller phrase identifies the seller across all their stores. The store phrase confirms a specific store URL hasn't been modified. Both are computed locally with no network calls.
There are no central servers or databases, and no platform operator handling your data. Everything runs in your browser, and all communication happens over decentralized relays. The result is a fully peer-to-peer shopping experience with cryptographic guarantees of privacy and authenticity.

Fuck Netflix for exploiting them like that.
YOU ARE THE ONE CHARGING 100 SATS FFS
@nprofile…4k44 is anyone on nostr more handsome than @nprofile…9kky ?
And the dumb fuck guy probably bought $NAKA after your comment.. 🤣😂
Unfair. Devs need robot friends because real friends are too grounded in the real world. The world of software is a wonderful imaginary paradise and who are we to take that from them?
@nprofile…4k44 when is your version 1.0 coming out?
Il mio logo senza la firma ;)
The fundamental problem is simple: Nostr is an excellent protocol wrapped in an alpha-quality experience.
Three years in, the basics still aren't solved. Onboarding requires cryptographic literacy most people don't have and shouldn't need. Account recovery means "you've lost everything." And instead of one well-designed, stable client, we have ten half-finished ones competing for attention no one has given them yet.
The pitch isn't helping either. Answering "why should I use this?" with censorship resistance and digital sovereignty only resonates with a narrow audience — and we've largely already converted them. The next wave of users needs concrete reasons to switch: things they can do on Nostr that they simply can't do elsewhere. Those features exist. Identity portability across clients is genuinely powerful. Zaps are one of the most innovative monetization tools ever built for creators. But potential alone doesn't drive adoption — the funnel around these features still needs to be built.
There's still a lot of work ahead. But I'm confident that Wisp will become synonymous with Nostr.
We all lowkey suck at using relays. Highkey too. Midkey. All the keys.
Definitely in that camp "I love cooking a meal i can eat for the rest of the week" is kinda my vibe
This was 100 to 0 full dead stop. All self hosted services (not my Bitcoin node) down hard till I figured it out.
Why was my home server down?
SFP failure. No spare 2.5g SFPs on hand so moved to a 1g port for now.
What a stupid and annoying problem to run into.

Its not that I'm a fan of your culture. I'm just uncultured in a broad and general sense.

Hahah,
There's a silver lining there...
I had a similar experience this weekend. Our dryer gave out, and while lookin into replacements we determined we need more space in the area it goes in the garage, so i finally tore down a bunch of shit fixed shelving that was in the way. My garage feels twice as big now! 🤣

Is this the quantum fud I've been hearing so much about?

Gm,
If you're thinking of taking up vibe coding to help nostr, pls don't
Take up shilling, marketing, content creation etc pls, that's what we really need badly imo
And for God's sake do not try to promote nostr by posting on nostr that definitely doesn't work
There used to be a link on that page explaining it. I don't remember exactly what it was but the short version is it now includes fewer things.
