Yes but no. Such systems have to be simple. The more complicated the system is, the higher the chance it will have a bug. A geofence is hard to enforce/detect and needs a lot of variables to work. A neat idea, but very hard to implement correctly

Um desenhista com Hiperfantasia pode ter muito mais facilidade em aprender desenhos por conta da visualização mental quase perfeita, mas nada impede alguém com Afantasia aprender os conceitos e de forma fria, e ser um excelente desenhista.
Um cego consegue e vai desenvolver naturalmente sentidos que nós pessoas que enxergam nunca vamos desenvolver.
