This is the Amish question again. They aren't anti technology. They adopt new technology carefully and deliberately after a review of how its affects on users align with their goals for their community. Often this means clear and strict rules about how it will be used. The Luddites were the same.
It is only from the frame that society mostly lives in that all new technology is beneficial and should be adopted immediately or be left behind that this looks like the common "anti anything new after X date" meaning of Luddite.
You need to set your goals first. Then you can evaluate technology based on those goals. Add carefully. Begin to prune or modify existing uses. Always on an ooda loop. You will change your mind as you get deeper into this mindset and that is fine and good. It means you are learning and growing.
