What most people already understand, even without the economic terminology, is that firms like BlackRock operate less like investors and more like modern feudal landlords.
They buy essential infrastructure,water networks, ports, energy grids, data centres, and other public necessities, often using vast amounts of borrowed money and paying prices that ordinary market participants cannot match.
Once the acquisition is complete, the debt is pushed onto the acquired company itself.
The result is simple: the public pays.
Consumers repay that debt through higher water bills, rising energy prices, increased fees, and declining service quality.
The infrastructure becomes a cash-extraction machine.
Profits flow upward to shareholders and executives, while the financial burden flows downward to households.
When the model inevitably breaks down, the consequences are socialised. Communities are left with crumbling infrastructure, polluted rivers, and failing services.
Thames Water's £14 billion debt mountain and repeated sewage scandals are a stark example of what happens when financial engineering takes precedence over public stewardship.
The executives who loaded the company with debt have already collected their bonuses.
The investors have already taken their returns.
And when the system finally reaches breaking point, taxpayers are expected to pick up the bill.
Privatize the gains.
Socialize the losses.
That is the business model.
Build things not for self, but for the betterment of all.

no. except for better incentives in the opposite direction. and high moral character and personal integrity. and bulletproof opsec.
ultimately i believe a proper agora only works if it is composed of "enlightened" (using that term loosely to mean impeccable character) and perfectly pseudonymous actors.
snitching drops enormously when: A. actors value integrity over snitching and cheap rewards & B. nobody knows who to turn in, identification-wise.
once bootstrapped by that process, it might get large enough that the reward for hewing to the norms is greater that any State can match. But by that point you're talking about a fully-established "Ancapistan"

Outro ponto é que a pessoa que implementar não será um leigo, mas sim alguém com proficiência técnica para administrar um relay.
Por exemplo, você não irá confiar em informações de um relay meuNostr.xyx.mx e se o fizer estará importando tudo aquilo que ele acredita ser um bot, como o protocolo Nostr é aberto, é possível que ainda assim você pegue a lista um a um e verifique se são usuários de verdade para você ou não.
Por fim, bem sabemos quais são os relays grandes e consolidados, se eu fosse montar um relay certamente gostaria de qualquer dado técnico e experiência prática de um desses.
