Sea salt is what I use, but I’m trying to level up my game a bit. Kosher salt apparently has a pretty consistent size and density that pro chefs seem to recommend. Might not be a readily available option, though.

My wife, the social butterfly, gives me grief for being stiff or unfriendly when being introduced to new people at big gatherings.
