Its difficult to find in a vacuum. The more you speak with others and the more you dive into different businesses and learn what they need to do earlier etc, the more ideas.
At least, this is my experience. And I am a serial entrepreneur which built and sold several businesses and have two pattents.

I have switched over to alby for one tap. Soon leaving wallet of satoshi for incoming funds as well.
But i dont want that. I want to continue using wallet of satoshi. Because alby don't have a mobile native app. So i have to use zeus integrated with alby.... Which is stupid.

I hope you find investors. Your client is the very best of them all. Also better than Damus.
You should be able to ask people for voluntarily client payment once per month and/or her a few million USD from investors.
Even a 2% fee on all zaps, up to max fee of 1000 sats per zap should be acceptable to most.

Using C to find 28 bit nonce, using a Mac book air 2023, it takes around 0.5 sec.
I see several relays use 28 bit difficulty.
That is way too low.
Using GPUs I could probably send a million messages an hour, using a million different pubkey, if difficulty is set to 28 bits....

If you want total centralization of Nostr network, then NIP-95 is perfect.
If node also don't use NIP13, the centralization is done in an afternoon by a bad actor or an asshole.
