Just a passing idea.
Our thousands of bookmarks we all have (I know you do). We've all been looking for The Magic Plugin that will somehow help us 'organise them into a useful form' ... or at least persuade us to delete most of them.
What if everybody had a little search spider that only processed the urls in their bookmarks (authorised ones obviously), catalogued them, and then provided that to a federated graph of some kind ... like mastodon?
