I don’t think so. He’s a video specialist at Mobilze Media based in Montreal (their head office is in Toronto) so why be a plant?
He’s also likely a Brit, having attended the University of Liverpool according to that screenshot.

There’s a rather significant caveat in the National School Food Policy. It relies on the collaboration of the provincial, territorial, and Indigenous governments with the hopes that it could start “as early as” the 2024-25 school year.
Look how long it’s taking all the provinces to fully sign up for the national daycare program.

Take Back Alberta has taken control of the UCP by diverting attention from the things that matter in the province to the nebulous global threats that don’t exist except in the minds of the easily led.
