I helped my friend pack up to move out of the city, and I feel sad 😔
I got to keep a couple of pieces of his toilet wall collage and add it to MY toilet wall collage, as a sort of memento.

Mostly that I was really annoyed to be born 😂
I'm the youngest, so by the time it was my turn to come out my parents decided they knew enough to DIY (older sib born in professional birthing pool)
There was a distinct lack of pain in the stories, until a few years ago I genuinely thought people who talked about pain had just "done it wrong" 🤦

The show was a 5-6 hour breakdown on the rise and fall of Noel, starting with the birth of pirate radio. I had only ever heard of radio Caroline, and it had never really occurred to me that there would be competing stations.
Spring is definitely lifting my mood 🙂‍↕️
I run cold as it is, and there's something miserable about having to sleep in 2 pairs of socks 😅

As a potter I spend a lot of time listening to podcasts, and a new interest of mine is 90s culture (which I missed on account of not being born). I discovered (perhaps unfortunately) a character called Mr Blobby, who I can only discribe as looking like he was cursed by a wizard on crack.
His insane design and character (embodies the spirit of a drunk Scottish man) is misunderstood by the Americans, who look at him and simply think there is something very wrong with the British, but really it is just that the America-a-gogo-land people lack research abilities (and whimsy), and therefore don't understand what a hilarious phenomenon blobby was. *¹
As the nation's beloved ridiculous crap thing, Mr blobby would release a song which took the spot as Christmas no.1 single, a spot in a theme park, and have so much merch that there was on average at least 1 piece of blobby paraphernalia in every household.
I showed Mr blobby to my papa, who was unfamiliar with it (on account of being on the other side of the world during "blobby-mania"), and I am banned from ever showing blobby to Papa ever again.

It was the first time for me to have accai, prettyyyy pretty good 👌 I felt like it was mostly chocolate, though that might have just been this bowl in particular.

Last day at market, my feet are dead and my bottom is half frozen but I had a good time overall.

Strawberry tart in the studio 🍓 🍰
We're setting up stall at a pottery expo this long weekend. The original plan was to go a day early and hang out, relaxed and smooth, reality is that we will be unloading the kiln in the dead of night, and setting off at the crack of 3am the day of 😵
In other news, I was talking to the teenagers from dinner club about some random ideas for YouTube videos in an encouraging and enthusiastic sort of way and one of the teens got very excited about one of the ideas and has now actually got some editing software to play around with. I remember being 17, it was a great time to do stuff.

Today was (hopefully) the last day of temperatures below freezing, I'm looking forward to feeling less miserable 🙂‍↕️
I accidentally spilled kerosene all over the studio floor, and even though I checked MANY times that the heaters are off I can't help but feel anxious 🫠
All of my best friends are leaving for the big city next month so I'm sad, but there's a new baby in my circle and that's nice.
