Yesterday = ramen therapy 🍜
We hit Ramen Nagi and went straight for the Butao.
That pork broth was so rich it coated the spoon, chashu melted like butter, and the noodles had the perfect bite.
10/10, zero regrets.

Hindi ginalingan?

Or you are on the operating table
Imagine if your surgeon thinks,
“Eh kung wag ko kayang galingan…”
Hindi puedeng hindi galingan
Dahil may mga ibang tao -
customer or katrabaho -
na umaasa sa output natin.
Your work output
directly or indirectly
affects lives of others.

Loser mindset ito.
Why not think,

Pero sayang ang potential mo!
You can do more, be more!
Kung may ambition kang umangat,
show improved skills and extra mile!
Show sustained results
for 6 months to a year
then, if the company does not give it,
request for a reward/ recognition!
Kung meron good,
Kung wala, either you stay and wait
or look for a company that values what you bring to the table.
Instead of the loser mindset
of staying where you are
and putting a ceiling on yourself.
