The documents declassified by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard at the request of Just the News provide a starkly different portrait of the alleged whistleblower whose name and face were never shown to the public and whose lawyerly written letter accusing Trump of hijacking Ukraine policy for political gain was heralded by Democrats to launch impeachment proceedings.
Investigators for the Intelligence Community Inspector General documented several concerns about the Trump accuser's political motives, noting he admitted he was a "registered Democrat" who had worked closely with Joe Biden on Ukraine issues and who disliked some of the conservative figures in the president's orbit, the memos show.
The investigators also elicited an apology from the Trump accuser for misleading the probe and were acutely aware his allegations were based solely on second- and third-hand accounts about what Trump was alleged to have said and done.
“I do not have direct knowledge of private comments or communications by the President,” the alleged whistleblower, who claimed Trump improperly tried to pressure Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to investigate Hunter Biden, admitted in his initial August 2019 intake form.
That stunning line on the limitations of the whistleblower's knowledge was not included in the nine-page letter then-House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., released in late summer 2019 that touched off a months-long political maelstrom and led to Trump's impeachment by a Democrat-led House and his eventual acquittal in the Senate.

_The Scandal of the Scottish Met Office Station Still Providing Temperature Figures Six Decades After it Closed_
FTA: Another shocking example of decades-long invented temperature figures at non-existent UK Met Office measuring stations has come to light. The Lephinmore ‘station’ was situated in the upper reaches of the Firth of Clyde, and according to the “location-specific long-term averages” Met Office database it can supply monthly temperature readings along with rainfall amounts going back to 1960. This supply can be considered a modern scientific wonder given that the actual station closed five months before England won the World Cup in 1966.
The usual form when the Met Office is asked to provide further and better particulars on its invention techniques is for the explanation to be given that batches of figures from “well-correlated neighbouring stations” are modelled by a computer. But in the case of location-specific station Lephinmore, there are no neighbouring stations, well-correlated or otherwise.
The three nearest with any long-term records are CIMO Class 4 ‘junk’ station Dunstaffnage at 27 miles distance, Class 4 Glasgow Bishopton 29 miles away, and the Class 4 airport site 45 miles away at Prestwick Gannet. A station called “Bute: Rothesay” is said to be 18 miles away but this closed some time ago. A new station “Bute: Rothesay No 2” opened in 2012 and this is also in the Class 4 junk portfolio. The considerable distances involved and the ‘junk’ nature of all the sites with internationally recognised uncertainties of up to 2°C, would appear to rule out well-correlation for either a single ‘station’ or a fudged ‘location-specific’ claim.
Not to put too fine a point on it, the idea that an airport site can provide scientific information about likely temperature and rainfall conditions at a rural location 45 miles away is little short of risible. A Class 4 site is unable to give a true ambient air temperature in its own backyard, let alone one tens of miles distance.

Amendment 14, clause 5 delegates the authority to Congress to interpret what "subject to the jurisdiction" means. It has not done so.
No such authority was granted to the Judicial Branch, nor to the Executive Branch--although both do have Constitutional authority to use Constitutional clauses to govern their own policies and actions.
In Wong Kim Ark, SCOTUS exercised its authority to "exercise the Judicial Power of the United States" to hold that those who are legal residents of the United States are "subject to the jurisdiction of" the U.S., and so therefore are any children of such persons who are born on U.S. soil.
President Trump's Executive Order simply orders the Executive Branch to impute citizenship exactly as SCOTUS defined it in 1898.

_Researcher Finds Proof The Met Office is Inflating UK Maximum Temperature Records_
FTA: Convincing statistical proof has emerged over the last year to show that the UK Met Office is inflating maximum temperature readings to create Net Zero-supporting climate alarm. Over the last 30 years, the Met Office has produced the vast majority of its data from unnaturally heat-ravaged ‘junk’ sites using newly-installed accurate electronic devices able to record one minute heat spikes. The independent researcher Dr Eric Huxter has taken a year to examine the unnatural sudden rises that supply many daily ‘records’, and compared the overall spike averages with a pristine CIMO Class 1 control station. He concludes that it “could well explain the step change in rate of temperature change, and the marked increase in the step of new daily maximum records since 1990”.
During his year-long project, Dr Huxter examined 340 daily maximum temperature highs recorded across 96 Met Office stations and discovered that these sites showed average short heat spikes around 1.1°C. Most of these spikes occurred around daily ‘records’ in junk CIMO Class 3, 4 and 5 locations. These sites have internationally recognised ‘uncertainties’ or possible errors of 1°C, 2°C and 5°C respectively. But spikes in temperature can occur naturally, so Huxter consulted a full year of individual minute temperature figures at a pristine Class 1 site in open farmland at Rothamsted. From the purchased records – a total of 525,541 – he was able to compile a baseline probability control.
Here is the kicker – comparing the Rothamsted control with the 360 heat spikes at the largely junk sites, a chi-square test showed a highly significant difference of p <0.0001. This means that if there were truly no difference between the sites, the chances of observing such a large discrepancy in heat spikes would be less than one in 10,000 – in other words, more unlikely than one in 10,000 and quite possibly far smaller – for example, one in 100,000.

_Core Law of Physics is Circular, Physicists Say_
The central finding of the paper by Wolpert, Rovelli, and Scharnhorst is that the Second Law, the Past Hypothesis, and the Boltzmann Brain hypothesis are formally identical in structure, each differing only in which single moment in time they choose to condition the entropy process on—and that this choice cannot be provided by physics itself. It requires an independent assumption.
What they've identified, in the language of stochastic process theory, is precisely the problem of treating a contingent conditioning choice as if it were an absolute ground state.
That's physicists realizing the only reason we assign more credence to the Past Hypothesis or the Second Law than to the Boltzmann Brain hypothesis is the credence we assign to our cosmological observations concerning the Big Bang— which is itself just another conditioning event, not a metaphysical absolute.
Crucially, the second law is consistent with the prior probabilities ("priors") that imply it—but only by virtue of the fact that we can adopt priors that our data is reliable.
The only known way to establish that the second law holds is, ultimately, to assume that the second law holds. That's circular reasoning.
There is no proof that an absolute, universal ground state—ontologically—exists, let alone that it even could. For example, if you asset that "absolute, universal nothing" is the ground state of reality, you fail:
Absolute Nothing cannot logically exist, because it would be inherently unstable: If it did exist, there would be no mechanism to keep it stable, no distinction between true and false--and so no distinction between 'possible' and 'impossible'--nor even any distinctions at all--and so no distinction between existence and non-existence, nor between what is real and what is not. Reality is not stable, but it is metastable. The distinction matters.
Absolute Nothing cannot even be coherently described or conceived without self-contradiction, because any description of it already introduces distinctions (between Nothing and Something, between what it is and what it isn't). Nothing, when you try to define it rigorously, immediately becomes Something—at minimum, it becomes the concept of Nothing, which is already a distinction, already a something. The incoherence isn't a contingent fact about Nothing; it's intrinsic to the attempt to fully define it.

Facial recognition should never justify more than probable cause to investigate.
FTA: Angela Lipps, a 50-year-old woman from Tennessee, says she spent months in jail over fraud offences in North Dakota, a state she says she had never visited, after police used facial recognition to identify her from surveillance footage. According to reports, she was arrested, extradited more than 1,000 miles away, and left to rely on ordinary records to establish that she could not have committed the offences in question. The charges were later dismissed after her lawyer produced bank records showing she was in Tennessee at the time.
The case is striking on its own facts, but it also lands at a moment when the public case for facial recognition already looks weak. In the UK, Cambridge-led research commissioned by Essex Police found “no statistically significant evidence” that live facial recognition reduced crime in the short term. That leaves an uncomfortable combination: a technology that intrudes deeply into personal privacy, can produce life-altering errors, and still struggles to demonstrate the broader crime-reduction benefits used to justify its spread.

What kind of king would intentionally try to shrink the size of his government and return more power to states and localities on issues like education? What kind of king gives up a life of wealth, luxury, and universal adoration to subject himself and his family to endless personal attacks and even attempts to put him in prison?
If Democrats are really interested in rallying against tyranny in the White House, they should have done so during the Obama and Biden administrations.
It was under Obama that the federal government continued illegally spying on American citizens without a warrant, illegally weaponized the IRS against Tea Party conservatives, illegally granted legal status to millions of illegal aliens, and engaged in dozens of other abuses of power. Under Biden, the federal government infamously targeted parents, Catholics, pro-life grandmas, and even stay-at-home moms as potential “extremist” threats. Biden also weaponized the government against Trump, his top political opponent, to attempt to undermine his re-election campaign – the most outrageous lawfare crusade in American history.

In the 1960s and 1970s, a debate emerged over the causes of heart disease. On one side, John Yudkin effectively argued that the sugar being added to our food by the processed food industry was the chief culprit.1 On the other side, Ancel Keys (who attacked Yudkin's work) argued that it was due to saturated fat and cholesterol.2
Note: Leaders in the field of natural medicine have made a strong case that this spike came from the mass adoption of seed oils3 (which thanks to our unprecedented political climate is at last being discussed on the mainstream news4). Likewise, some attribute this increase to the advent of water chlorination.5
Ancel Keys won, Yudkin's work was largely dismissed, and Keys became nutritional dogma. A large part of Key's victory was based on his study of seven countries (Italy, Greece, Former Yugoslavia, Netherlands, Finland, America, and Japan), which showed that as saturated fat consumption increased, heart disease increased in a linear fashion.
However, this result was simply a product of the countries Keys chose (e.g., if Finland, Israel, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, France, and Sweden had been chosen, the opposite correlation would have been found).
Fortunately, it's gradually become recognized that Keys did not accurately report his data. For example, recently an unpublished 56-month randomized study of 9,423 adults living in state mental hospitals or a nursing home (which made it possible to rigidly control their diets) that Keys directed was unearthed.6
It found that replacing half of one's animal (saturated) fats with seed oil (e.g., corn oil) lowered their cholesterol, but for every 30 points it dropped, their risk of death increased by 22% (which roughly translates to each 1% drop in cholesterol raising the risk of death by 1%).

_The Myth of Stolen Land and the Erasure of Indigenous Agency_
FTA: If California is stolen land in a way that nullifies all subsequent law, then property itself loses meaning. Ownership becomes arbitrary. Borders dissolve. So do contracts. If the original wrong poisons everything that follows, then no later arrangement can ever be legitimate. That conclusion is not radical justice. It is moral nihilism.
The irony is that those who repeat this slogan do not live by it. Billie Eilish, like many wealthy Californians, has sought restraining orders to keep unwanted people off her Malibu property. She asserts exclusive control over land, calls the police to enforce it, and relies on the very legal system whose legitimacy the slogan denies. If no one is illegal on stolen land, on what basis is anyone excluded. What right does she have to draw a boundary and say no farther.

Not only did that not work, the only effects were vomiting, "asthenia, and a mild altered state of consciousness." And that was it.
Try that with almost any other prescription medication, and the results would almost certainly be far less trivial—in a bad way.

For the first time in history, in the case of the shooting of Ms. Good, the left is blaming the shooter, and not the gun.

News report: “BREAKING: Virginia Democrats have introduced legislation that would abolish mandatory minimum sentences for crimes including rape, manslaughter, assault on a law enforcement officer, possession and distribution of child pornography, and repeat violent felonies.”
My take: They want the flexibility to come down super hard on their political enemies, but to be ultra-lenient on their own supporters.
The whole point of ‘the rule of law’ is to prevent that type of utter dishonesty.
