After my deepest, darkest night of the soul, following my album release in December 2024, I embarked upon a practice of chanting 108 mantras every morning almost one year ago. What began as a devotional connection became the most grounding, clarifying, expansive medicine I have ever felt.
I have curated much of my soon-to-be released Sound Sanctuary membership around this practice as I want others to experience the magic it has offered me. Resiliency.

A virtual portal that I’ve been cultivating for many years, which is coming to life at the end of February. My incubation time in Mexico has created the space + time + inspiration to finally share what has been in my heart + in my voice for so long.

Birth + Blessing of my drum ✨
The journey towards bringing this drum to life began long ago, unbeknownst to me at the time yet so clear to me now.
While in Guatemala (July 2019) at my Sound Ceremony immersion a Mayan medicine man shared with me that I would bless the world with Cacao, my voice + the drum.
I am heading back to Guatemala on a pilgrimage across Mexico through the grace of divine timing to share my sounds; my voice + drum at a Tantra retreat with @tantra.ritual 💖
I have several drums but there is great significance with this one. I built him with my hands, sweat + strength while offering my intentions, my prayers, my heart + my essence with the support + guidance of @amatierra.tambor This drum was further activated by a most magical artist @bio_addis_sanna with his intuitive artistic expression (so much more to share with this!). The frequency of this painting is potent + filled with hidden delights that shall ripple out into the world.
The masculine nature of this drum is has been an initiation in the reconnection + reconciliation of my inner feminine + masculine. Crossing a threshold to an embodied union of these energies, I now innerstand that as we shift our inner landscape so too does our outer landscape shift to reflect it back.
I am (finally) inspired to create. I’m doing rather than dreaming. Shifting from thinking + talking about what I want to actioning + embodying it. From talking the talk to walking the walk, fully. It’s been many years since I have felt this activated to create. Feeling deeply supported by the transition from Pisces (my sun sign) to Aries in Neptune, calling us to embody + live the dreams we have been dreaming.
The voice of this drum desires to be shared. To birth new worlds of union + harmony + heart coherence. To bring us back to love for our self, each other + this Earth. To reunite all. 💫
I am in the midst of creating a Sanctuary where my sounds will be shared for greater reach as humanity experiences the most expansive evolution this planet has ever witnessed. I am honoured to be here during this time, to share my sound medicine + to activate others to remember their divine imprint.
