The simplest explanation for “why btc” is this. When you work you trade your time for money. Right now the government has a monopoly on money. They can debase the money and therefore dilute your money/time. This is bullshit. Inequality is also perpetuated by the treasury system. Those that have more money are unfairly given more for doing nothing. Those that save in treasuries at 5% and have 10 mil get 500k a year. A person with 10,000 only gets 500. Btc fixed this by having a fixed supply and by requiring real world resources to make money. It requires energy. The current fiat system and proof of stake networks are inherently unfair

Just from a pure fuckery pa standpoint. A lot of folks thought the 618 fib would hold (48.5k). It has never broken before halving. Now all those folks have to fomo in that sold 48-53. They should do so by 80k. Once they do then comes a gut wrenching pullback. Maybe we run the 70k high and then retest 50? Would shake everyone out before the real move

I had a conversation with a friend today. He has been in btc/crypto a similar amount of time as me. He said he wants to diversify away from crypto so that at the end of this cycle it will be 10-15% of his net worth. I told him I still want 70% plus and plan to sell my remaining eth this cycle. I think it’s riskier to be mostly out of Bitcoin for the longer term. He thinks it’s risky to be in only one asset class. I said that btc hasn’t even monetized yet. Who is correct?
