Thanks for letting me know! So basically python script option 5 does not disable wifi radios for you? Strange, it works on mine, if I choose 5 and then re-run the script after Arcadyan reboots the radios are not transmitting and those networks cannot be joined. Same Arcadyan version, with Python 3.9.6.
It would be good to know what terminal shell and version you are running as the disabling is just a 'curl' command on python script line 121.
Does it work if you run it manually? - that was the reason I printed bash and zsh commands, if it doesn't execute properly with python just copy/paste the command for your shell (immediately after, no re-running of the script which would change the authorization code).

The closest right now is to (request to) delete the note and try again. But deletion doesn't seem to be an important priority for Nostr. The attitude is mostly "just spew content and don't care".

Recently I went looking for nostr npubs that are mirrored news accounts and RSS feeds and since there was no good list, created my own (https://verityj.github.io/nostr-news-feeds) and attached to my tiny blog. I'm toying with the idea of somehow having a list of just some news sources to occasionally check out the latest but otherwise hide on #nostr.

Don't forget the night mode or whatever that's called, where in the evening the screen goes into warm tones.

I think @npub129v…06w3 has the right idea. Not mention the other Nostr apps, that's tiny. But why NOT point out:
- Twitter can accept tips
- Reddit can accept tips
- #Minds is all about posters being paid through their "token" and advertises 5M users
It would not hurt any of the above to get mentioned. Any others?

I think I agree, I can't imagine my parents sideloading some spam and all of a sudden their entire life savings are gone. I want a reasonable Apple walled garden that is there for basic protection and privacy*. Of course, we can discuss the limits and test the rules, as is happening with Damus. And that's a healthy discussion, even if frustrating.

For me, Alby doesn't work. Neither does Nostore. No browser, no OS, no connection (ethernet vs cellular). Nothing resolves this #primal issue.
