Poland has border with Russia (Kaliningrad, which is main base for Russian Baltic Sea fleet). Belarus is relatively small, that distance would change minutes for short range tactical nuclear missiles (nobody talks about strategic nukes here). And Poland is already closer to second biggest Russian city Saint Petersburg than Ukraine.

So far it has seriously impacted only Helsinki - Tartu route. That’s east from Riga, near Russian border and landing systems in Tartu airport during nighttime completely rely on accurate GPS signal.

It’s easy to find all Samourai Whirlpool transactions by just purely looking at the blockchain, so you can calculate total volume that way. What xpub db could give extra is linkage between cj tx inputs and outputs.

Wasabi only checks input UTXO “ranking” and can ban it from participating in cj, but they don’t have linkage between inputs and outputs. Only thing they know that UTXO is input in Wasabi cj, but that’s obvious from blockchain analysis itself.
