Sutherland's top at the moment (among those with 3+ centuries) with 37.5%, though she hasn't played many career innings yet.
After Lanning (who I actually did a disservice - her rate is 28.3%), the next best is Matthews (23.3%), followed by Sidra Amin (21.1%) and Athapaththu (20.5%).

Lanning's supremacy is underlined by the fact that her her 30 to 100 conversion rate (27.8%) is better than most players' 50-100 rate.

It's not the bottom. The full list is 16 players, and she's 6th. One of her few issues early on was her conversion rate which she seems to have overcome recently (though she did arguably throw way at least one golden opportunity for a century in this series already).
Whereas Lanning was only dismissed twice in the 90s in her ODI career (and just 4 times in total across all List A cricket).
