Yes the physio exercises have been a god(or none)send. I walked 10 miles last Saturday and no ill-effects - which was amazing given that I was only a couple of weeks into the exercises at that point. Cycling is looking more likely before the summer's out.
I'll be spending the day in Whitstable tomorrow with friends I've known for a very long time, looking forward to that.

Rare for me. Generally speaking music videos subtract from my experience of the song. It's really not a common occurrence that I'll appreciate a video as much as the song, and the best ones for me - usually - are unobtrusive, serving as a visual platform for the music.
