A Muun é bem problemática pra transferir pela lightning, isso pq eles usam um serviço de swap Onchain <> Lightning pra fazer as transferências. Recomendo usar outra carteira que é realmente uma implementação pela lightning network. Wallet of Satoshi e Blink são boas opções custodias. Se quiser algo não custodial, a Phoenix é uma das melhores na minha opinião

I tried to change my Lightning Address on the mobile app, but it didn't allow me
So then I tried to change it on the web app, and it went through just fine
But now it is showing the old Lightning Address on the wallet and the "changed" one on the settings

Na verdade os relays que guardam os seus posts podem apagar eles sim. Mas o comum é eles fazerem isso quando o post já for muito antigo, aí eles apagam pra liberar espaço na base de dados
