If you delete a message from a user on another instance, it is only deleted locally on your instance, or rather, only from your local timeline. That is why you also get the message‘Conversation Not Found
Unfortunately, the requested conversation isn't available to you.’
The message remains visible to all other users on your instance and on other instances. Unless you delete it via /moderation/item/delete, in which case it will no longer be visible to users on your instance, but it will still be visible
Thanks @nprofile…a8s9 I deleted the message like you said, and it's actually no longer on my timeline /moderation/item/delete . it worked👍
Just to clarify
The message they wrote on the time line, even if I deleted it, was always present on my time line (I am not a user but an Administrator)
Sorry if I reply to you in this thread , The conversation where you replied to me no longer exists for me and I cannot reply,I had deleted it and created a new one, it has disappeared from my time line but not on the Friendica forum, I don't understand , this is what I see , the first post I created doesn't exist , but with the direct link to the friendica forum I see my first post. Thanks for the help

Hi
someone wrote a public message on my timeline , I deleted it several times but it's still there , the message is definitely deleted, because if I click on it it tells me Conversation Not Found
Unfortunately, the requested conversation isn't available to you. etc etc .I tried with various browsers/private windows, but it's still there , some suggestions
PS This message is not visible through apps like #tusky, only in web browsers
Thanks

Problem with second account, automatically switches to primary account
Hi
I am the admin of my #friendica instance,I registered an additional account . But when I go to switch to my secondary account, it automatically switches back to the primary account .
A few months ago everything was working fine, then suddenly I had this problem, I thought it was an account issue and deleted it. But it always happens to me
What could it be?
VideoThe account is not even in the delegation

AI - Artificial Intelligence , on board ships
Unfortunately, AI is gaining ground in almost every environment
Orca AI’s SeaPod
The system should help reduce the risk of collision at sea , the AI assesses imminent risks and warns the operator (Bridge Officers on watch)
The system consists of 8 ultra high resolution cameras, a monitor, and a computer (Ubuntu Desktop with Nvidia GPU) , and It is not connected in any way to the ship's automation.
As we know artificial intelligence, it must learn, it must be trained. This system processes more sources of information, and gets smarter every day.

Why sudo -u www-data bin/console storage move it was used? When I installed and configured #friendica on my server , i changed the storage to filesystem , what i did i created the storage folder (out of the friendica folder) , after sudo chown -R www-data:www-data /var/www/storage in Storage Administration Filesystem I entered the path and it is saved /var/www/friendicastorage
I missed something? what i did is correct?

Problems with embedded videos in posts
Hello @nprofile…xmvk
Why when I create a post and embed a video (I upload the video to my friendica storage) I always find it at the bottom of the page? I'll give you an example , I create the post like this
ABCabcAbcABC....I write something..... then I embed some videos from youtube like this,
youtube.com/watch?v=blablabla
and finally I insert the hashtags
#friendica #support #etc
I click on preview and everything is perfect , when I click on share, I publish my post, and I find the attachment of the video that I inserted at the end after the hashtags
What kind of formatting should I use? I've tried various combinations, I normally write my posts in Joplin notes, then I copy and paste. But I created this post directly "Create new Post" but nothing changes
