Even though I used to make my own plans I preferred the Palladino plans over Pfitzinger’s.

Well, one life down, eight to go. 😁
Have you ever heard of Trenara? It’s a Belgian app. My daughter is using this and I must say I’m impressed by its adaptable plans. Also, it is highly adaptable in terms of terrain, elevation, cross-training etc.

Why did you change from Palladino?

Yes, I did it! After nearly four months of mental struggling, I did my first run-walk this morning. My fitness is way below zero though.

Scheduled a run-walk for tomorrow.
Just hope that my motivation holds until after the ‘run’. It’ll be my first in almost four months.

Before I went to my daughters for Christmas, I stopped at Milan's Parco Nord for an easy run + strides.

Great, thanks. I didn’t push too hard, because I was running with my daughter. 😍

I’m running with Stryd for several years now. Can’t imagine anymore to run without it. It’s so relaxing just watching the power metrics, nothing else.

3. Arrival.
After arriving, we didn't receive our medals as usual. We had to walk another 500m along the fenced-off street until we finally received our medals in a 2m wide trap.
That 500m took about an hour because everyone was piling up. And then there's the fact that we started in -1°C and 86% humidity. All the runners were sweaty and freezing. I was practically numb when I received my medal.
I can't wait to get the email with the survey about how it went.

My daughters are nagging me to sign up for the Milan Marathon again in April. 🙄
First, we all have to run the half marathon in three weeks. After that they'll have all winter to convince me. For now, every fiber in my body is saying no.
I should really consider disinheriting them. 😏
