Veterans don't need another thank you.
They need another mission.
Bitcoin needs people who understand discipline, sacrifice, systems and service.
Seems like a pretty damn good match.
This is the new rally point.

On this Independence Day, let us remember, our independence was won by veterans of the French and Indian War who refused to tolerate British oppression and the enslavement of taxation.
It was our nation's veterans who answered the call and led the way.
Our nation's veterans who, keenly aware of the cost of war, picked up their arms and led us into victory.
Our independence was won. But our freedom from the theft of our life's work, time and energy must be fought for every day.
The Revolution for independence was won.
The fight for freedom must be fought every day.
THIS is why we teach veterans about freedom technology.
THIS is why today's veterans must be armed with knowledge of the most perfect and peaceful weapons we have ever known that are our best hope against the enemy.
Veterans are leading us to freedom and the next age of human flourishing.
THIS is why we will win.

The next generation of veterans in the forever war will need Bitcoin when they return home to the economic ruin that awaits.
If you know a service member preparing to deploy, tell them about Bitcoin TODAY.
If they don't see the need for it yet, their eyes will be wide open very soon.
Send them to us.

It is time to reject the commonly assigned interpretation of victimhood based on status as veterans of the military.

2026-03-06 12:21:49 UTC

The "broken veteran" narrative is designed to inhibit and subdue the most effective, capable and dangerous threats to tyranny.
We are conditioned to believe our military experiences left us irreparably damaged, no longer useful to society and dependant on charity and government support.
The reality, for those who choose to accept it, is we are the best hope for freedom and our experiences have prepared us for a time such as this.
We embrace our responsibility to lead the world into the next phase of human flourishing.
And we will not fail.

Freedom tech isn’t user-friendly.
It demands:
• Key management
• Situational awareness
• Personal accountability
Anyone promising freedom without effort is selling dependency.

2026-01-16 11:44:07 UTC

Centralized systems look efficient… until they’re stressed.
Veterans have seen:
• Command bottlenecks
• Slow approvals
• Brittle hierarchies
Decentralization isn’t chaos.
It’s resilience under fire.

2026-01-15 00:55:09 UTC

Centralized speech is a tactical liability.

2026-01-13 14:01:27 UTC

AI is the new force multiplier
Veterans understand force multipliers.
AI is one — whether we like it or not.
The real threat isn’t AI replacing humans.
It’s centralized AI replacing decision-making.
Decentralized tools + disciplined operators = advantage.
Passive users + centralized systems = dependence.
Veterans don’t outsource capability lightly.

2026-01-12 14:30:28 UTC

Bitcoin is logistics for freedom
Amateurs think wars are won with ideology.
Professionals know wars are won with logistics.
Bitcoin is logistics for freedom:
• predictable
• permissionless
• resilient under pressure
Veterans recognize systems that keep operating when everything else breaks.

2026-01-07 12:47:43 UTC

Centralized speech Is a tactical weakness.
If comms go down, missions fail.
Centralized platforms are single points of failure.
Deplatforming isn’t “policy.”
It’s a kill switch.
NOSTR removes that vulnerability.
If your ability to communicate depends on permission, you don’t have freedom of speech — you have conditional access.

2026-01-06 02:08:24 UTC

Freedom is a stack, not a single mission
Veterans understand this instinctively:
No mission succeeds with one capability.
Money.
Comms.
Coordination.
Intelligence.
Bitcoin secures value.
NOSTR secures communication.
AI multiplies capability.
Freedom isn’t a slogan.
It’s a stacked system — and every layer matters.

2026-01-04 17:23:48 UTC

Centralization Gets People Killed
Veterans have seen centralized systems fail in real time.
Slow decisions.
Bureaucratic paralysis.
Fragile command chains.
Bitcoin survives because no one is indispensable.
Veterans thrive in systems that don’t collapse under fire.

2026-01-04 02:07:13 UTC

Bitcoin doesn’t need more influencers.
It needs:
• Builders
• Educators
• Defenders
• Disciplined operators
Veterans don’t posture.
We execute.

2025-12-31 01:17:33 UTC

Veterans don’t need Bitcoin explained to them.
We recognize:
Proof of Work.
Accountability.
Mission-first thinking.
These aren’t theories to us.
We've lived the experience.
Bitcoin feels familiar to veterans because it doesn’t lie.

2025-12-30 03:12:58 UTC

Veterans were trained to endure pain now to prevent catastrophe later.
Bitcoin rewards the same discipline.
If you need instant gratification, you’re not weak — you’re just in the wrong fight.

2025-12-24 23:05:51 UTC

Veterans don’t argue philosophy when systems work.
They ask: does it hold under pressure?
Bitcoin does.
That’s why veterans don’t need convincing.

2025-12-23 12:15:10 UTC

Proof of Work Is Why Veterans Belong Here
Veterans don’t negotiate effort.
You carry the load or you get exposed.
Bitcoin works the same way.
If you need motivation, encouragement, or hand-holding — this isn’t your ecosystem.

2025-12-22 16:09:14 UTC

Veterans know something civilians don’t want to hear:
Most people would break under real pressure.
Bitcoin respects pressure-tested energy.
It doesn’t care about comfort narratives.
That’s why veterans recognize the system immediately.

2025-12-18 01:47:30 UTC

- reply

The only thing upstream to money is energy.

2025-12-17 18:18:08 UTC

Veterans are one of America’s greatest renewable resources.
Their discipline and mission-driven mindset amplify systems they engage in.
Bitcoin provides an infrastructure where this energy can scale:
transparent, accountable, decentralized, fair, resilient.
When veteran energy meets Bitcoin’s architecture, freedom becomes a renewable resource.

2025-12-15 13:37:44 UTC

For many veterans, the hardest part of transition isn’t losing routine—it’s losing mission.
Bitcoin offers:
• Purpose
• Responsibility
• A fight for fairness
• Global impact
Service doesn’t end.
It evolves.

2025-12-13 02:28:45 UTC

Bitcoin’s culture is strengthened by people who uphold its values.
Veterans uniquely contribute:
• Integrity
• Loyalty
• Commitment
• Discipline
• Mission-first mindset
Veterans don’t just join Bitcoin communities—they fortify them.

2025-12-11 14:03:35 UTC

'Low time preference' means choosing discipline today to create strength tomorrow.
Veterans are trained this way from day one.
You endure hardship today for future gain.
Bitcoin rewards this warrior mindset.
Its structure incentivizes patience, resilience, strategy, and responsibility.

2025-12-10 13:44:29 UTC

Veterans thrive in systems where:
• Effort matters
• Accountability is real
• Performance is visible
• Discipline is rewarded
Bitcoin operates the same way.
Every watt of energy is accounted for.
Nothing is wasted.
No politics—only math and merit.

2025-12-08 17:32:01 UTC

'Proof of Work' is more than a protocol—it’s a language veterans already speak.
In the military:
• You earn respect through effort.
• You build trust through action.
• You strengthen teams through reliability.
Nothing is given. Everything is earned.
Bitcoin mirrors this philosophy.
Veterans operate naturally in systems where honesty, effort, and consistency matter.

2025-12-06 14:44:02 UTC

https://blossom.primal.net/d4b5f0daba9eb0bb54e43a2b1890f88a31e02360111dda23fdb123276141e508.jpg
Veterans understand human energy in ways many never experience.
Each mission, repetition, hardship, and sacrifice becomes stored value — a kind of personal ledger defined by discipline and endurance.
Bitcoin reflects this truth:
Disciplined energy builds freedom.
Veterans instinctively understand systems built on responsibility, integrity, and contribution. Bitcoin aligns naturally with the values forged through military service.
What the military builds in people doesn’t disappear after separation — it evolves into new forms of leadership, purpose, and mission-driven action.
Veteran energy doesn’t fade.
It redirects.
And Bitcoin gives it a powerful direction.

2025-12-03 12:35:17 UTC

Another great session teaching veterans about Bitcoin at the Georgia Veterans Education Career Transition Resource Center.
We explored the best ways to acquire and secure Bitcoin and dug into seed phrase protection and multisig options.
The topic of CBDCs came up so we took a moment to study the @nprofile…jrvw CBDC tracker.
2025 sessions are in the books.
2026 sessions start in January.

If Bitcoin miners turn stranded energy into digital value, then veterans can turn stranded human potential into cultural value. They can anchor our decentralized future in something solid: integrity, discipline, and service.
They’ve already lived the lessons the world is about to learn.
They’ve seen what happens when systems collapse.
They’ve learned to adapt, improvise, and rebuild under pressure.
They’ve learned that freedom requires energy — and that energy must be directed toward something greater than oneself.

The Adversarial Mindset: A Security Playbook for Bitcoiners
Imagine this: you’ve spent years stacking sats, watching your cold storage balance grow. One night, there’s a knock at the door you weren’t expecting. Or maybe it’s subtler—a strange text from your “exchange,” a Wi-Fi network that looks familiar but isn’t, or a friend who asks just a little too much about your Bitcoin setup.
These are not paranoid fantasies. They are the realities of holding an asset that is both borderless and irreversible. To thrive as a Bitcoiner, you need more than a hardware wallet—you need a way of thinking. A mindset that assumes adversaries exist, studies how they operate, and prepares accordingly.
Security, in this world, isn’t a checklist. It’s a discipline.
Thinking Like an Adversary
Attackers don’t play fair. They look for the weakest link, whether it’s an outdated app on your phone, a loose comment at a dinner party, or a cheap lock on your front door.
Adopting an adversarial mindset means asking yourself:
• If I wanted to steal from me, how would I do it?
• What patterns do I reveal online or offline that someone could exploit?
• Where do I lack layers of defense?
By thinking strategically and tactically, you stop being reactive and start becoming proactive.
Securing the Digital Battlefield
Your wallet is your castle. Don’t build it on sand.
• Hardware Wallets keep keys offline, far from malware.
• Multi-Signature Setups force an attacker to compromise not one, but several strongholds.
• Backups encrypted and spread across secure locations protect you from fire, theft, or error.
• Online Hygiene—unique passwords, 2FA, VPNs, and the refusal to click strange links—keeps phishing hooks from sinking in.
Tactically, this means staying disciplined in daily habits. Strategically, it means reducing single points of failure so your castle can withstand a siege.
Every click, every login, every update is a chance to think: How would an attacker exploit this?
Guarding the Home Front
Bitcoin doesn’t just live online—it intersects with your life. That’s where many adversaries will probe.
• Store seed phrases in fireproof safes or across multiple secure locations.
• Reinforce your doors, locks, and alarms. The stronger your home, the less tempting you become as a target.
• Keep your mouth shut—especially while traveling. The fewer who know, the fewer who can exploit.
• Prepare escape and emergency protocols. A family that knows what to do under stress is far harder to exploit.
Think like the adversary: they don’t want a long fight. They want easy prey. Don’t be it.
Training the Mind and Body
A security plan isn’t only about what you own—it’s about how you move through the world.
• Situational Awareness: Heads up, phone down. Notice who notices you.
• Martial Arts: Krav Maga for real-world defense, Jiu-Jitsu for control, boxing for striking. Think of them as physical “patches” for human vulnerabilities.
• De-escalation First: The best fight is the one avoided. But if conflict comes, you’ve trained to respond.
• Stress Testing: Practice under pressure so adrenaline doesn’t control you when it matters most.
Tactics are useless without mental preparation. The adversarial mindset means knowing when to fight, when to flee, and when to blend in.
Tools of Defense: Weapons and Alternatives
Tools don’t replace mindset, but they extend it.
• Know the law. Never train with tools you cannot legally use.
• Firearms demand safety, discipline, and constant practice.
• Non-lethal options like pepper spray, tasers, or even tactical flashlights can be decisive without deadly outcomes.
• Everyday carry tools remind you that preparedness doesn’t have to be loud—it just has to work.
Every tool is a force multiplier. Without training, though, it’s just dead weight.
The Discipline of Continuous Readiness
An adversarial mindset isn’t about paranoia—it’s about preparation.
• Conduct regular audits of your digital and physical defenses.
• Train with trusted partners, because threats rarely happen on your schedule.
• Stay current with emerging attack patterns in both tech and crime.
Above all, resist complacency. The greatest vulnerability of all is believing you’re too safe to be a target.
Quiet Strength
Here’s the paradox: the more capable you are, the less you need to show it.
True security isn’t about bragging on Twitter about your cold storage or martial arts training. It’s about the quiet confidence that you’ve thought strategically, trained tactically, and prepared realistically.
Bitcoin gives you freedom. Security ensures you keep it.
Closing Reflection
Bitcoin gives us freedom, but freedom without security is fragile. To protect yourself, your property, and your digital wealth, you must think like an adversary—always probing for weak points, always refining your defenses.
Strategic thinking sets the vision. Tactical thinking makes it real. Together, they transform security from a list of tasks into a way of life.
Because in the end, sovereignty isn’t just holding your own keys. It’s being ready for whatever comes when someone tries to take them.

Language as Weaponry
GM. HODL. LFG. “Nothing stops this train.” And yes… “retards.”
Bitcoiners have never been shy about language. From early Bitcointalk threads to today’s laser-eyed X and Nostr feeds, the culture has built its own lexicon — playful, irreverent, self-mocking, and sometimes offensive to outsiders.
But behind the memes and one-liners lies a deeper truth: Bitcoin isn’t just a financial protocol. It’s a cultural insurgency. And every insurgency speaks in its own language.
The Lexicon of the Laser-Eyed
• GM (Good Morning): More than a greeting — it’s a decentralized ritual. A small but steady heartbeat of global presence.
• HODL: A drunken typo from 2013 turned into a battle standard. “I AM HODLING” became a creed of conviction and low time preference. As Michael Saylor put it:
“You don’t invest in Bitcoin to get rich. You invest in Bitcoin to stay rich.”
— Lex Friedman Podcast, 2021
• LFG (Let’s Fucking Go): The lightning-strike cheer of Bitcoin culture. A compressed burst of collective energy, signaling both euphoria and defiance.
• “Nothing stops this train”: A phrase with dual edges. On one side, it’s a celebration of Bitcoin’s unstoppable advance through bear markets, government hostility, and institutional skepticism. But as @nprofile…u7e3 notes, it also reflects the other side of inevitability — the collapse of the existing financial system.
“We’re in a system where the brakes are gone… Raising interest rates only accelerates the federal deficit faster than it slows private borrowing.”
— Lyn Alden, Bitcoin 2025
In other words: the fiat train is hurtling toward structural failure, while Bitcoin rolls forward on stronger rails. The end of one system powers the rise of another.
• “Retards”: Crude, ironic, and controversial. But in Bitcoin circles, it’s used self-referentially — “we’re just a bunch of internet retards stacking sats.” It signals defiance against elitism, mocking the credentialed experts who dismissed Bitcoin at every stage. It’s post-ironic armor: abrasive enough to repel outsiders, humble enough to admit the absurdity of challenging trillion-dollar institutions with memes, code, and conviction. Not meant as insult, but as identity.
Language as Fifth-Gen Weaponry
This isn’t just slang. It’s fifth-generation warfare: memetic combat on the battlefield of meaning.
Bitcoiners weaponize narrative. Phrases like HODL or Nothing stops this train operate as sticky psychological payloads. They coordinate decentralized actors without command structure. They bypass gatekeepers. They reshape culture not through permission, but persistence.
“The most important thing you can do for Bitcoin is talk about it.”
— Andreas M. Antonopoulos
Hal Finney, just days after receiving the first Bitcoin transaction from Satoshi, captured this blend of technology and narrative when he wrote:
“I’m sure there will be many challenges… but I have a lot of faith in the potential of this system.”
— Bitcointalk, Jan 2009
Faith and memes, belief and slang. This is how movements grow.
Narrative Terrain and Cultural Capture
The true terrain isn’t Wall Street. It’s mental markets.
Slang like HODL, LFG, or even retards works as memetic code: hard to censor, easy to replicate. It encodes resilience, defiance, and shared humor. Over time, even critics echo the words — at first mocking, later conceding. That’s narrative capture.
And this is why language matters:
• It encodes values.
• It hardens belief.
• It spreads faster than policy.
Every cultural revolution begins by shifting the words people use. Bitcoin is no different.
So GM retards. Keep stacking. Keep memeing. HODL like it matters — because it does.
Bitcoin isn’t just new money. It’s a new language. A decentralized front in the narrative war.
And whether the fiat system likes it or not, one thing is certain:
Nothing stops this train.

For millions of people living in war-torn regions or under the control of oppressive regimes, financial systems are often weaponized against them. From frozen bank accounts to hyperinflated currencies and outright theft by corrupt governments, individuals trapped in such situations face challenges that go far beyond political and physical oppression—they suffer economic subjugation designed to strip them of agency and autonomy.
Bitcoin offers a beacon of hope in these dire circumstances. Its decentralized nature and borderless functionality make it uniquely suited to address the challenges faced by people who are marginalized or endangered. As veterans rally behind the Bitcoin mission to defend freedom, an increasing focus has been placed on how this technology serves as a lifeline for civilians in crisis—helping them access financial tools to survive, thrive, and resist oppressive forces.
The Reality of Financial Tyranny in Conflict Zones
In war-torn regions, the normal operations of banking systems are frequently disrupted. Governments and ruling factions may seize control of banks, freeze accounts, or close entire financial networks. Civilians, already vulnerable from the destruction and instability brought by war, are left without access to their savings. This lack of financial tools can devastate families, preventing them from buying essentials like food and medicine or escaping to safer locations.
Under oppressive regimes, the situation is equally dire. Many dictators weaponize financial systems against dissenters, freezing the assets of activists, journalists, and opposition leaders. International sanctions may further isolate citizens from the global financial system—not out of malice, but as unintended collateral damage. Even those who want no part in the politics of a regime end up trapped in a broken economy with no lifeline to the outside world.
Bitcoin uniquely addresses these issues by providing individual financial sovereignty—no central authority can freeze wallets, confiscate funds, or prevent transactions. For people in conflict settings or under dictatorships, this is more than a convenience; it’s survival.
Bitcoin’s Tools for Liberation
Here are just a few ways Bitcoin is transforming lives in war-torn regions and under oppressive governments:
1. Unfreezable Wealth
Traditional bank accounts can be frozen by governments, leaving individuals unable to access their savings or transfer funds to safer locations. Bitcoin, in contrast, is decentralized. Activists, refugees, and civilians can store their wealth in Bitcoin without fear of government seizure, providing them with an unprecedented level of financial security.
2. Borderless Transactions
In many conflict zones, fleeing to a neighboring country is one’s best chance at survival. But crossing borders often means losing access to one’s money—either because physical cash is too risky to carry or because bank cards and accounts are tied to unstable local financial systems. Bitcoin allows refugees to move their wealth easily and discreetly across borders, no matter where they end up. All they need is access to an internet-enabled device.
3. Protection Against Hyperinflation
Hyperinflation—a tool of tyranny—destroys local currencies, wiping out savings and plunging populations into poverty. Venezuela, Zimbabwe, and Lebanon are stark examples where governments have wrecked trust in fiat money. Bitcoin’s fixed supply cap and decentralized control make it a hedge against hyperinflation; individuals can preserve their wealth in Bitcoin without worrying about its value being diminished overnight.
4. Privacy for the Oppressed
Surveillance is a core weapon of authoritarian regimes, and financial transactions often serve as a tool for monitoring dissenters. By tracking purchases, donations, or transfers, oppressive governments can locate and target individuals. Bitcoin—especially when used with privacy-focused applications like Tor or non-custodial wallets—protects people from such surveillance. This empowers activists and protestors to fund their activities covertly and continue their resistance.
5. Access to Global Aid
Those living under financial sanctions or in conflict zones often struggle to access international aid, as traditional banking restrictions create barriers for organizations trying to deliver humanitarian assistance. Bitcoin circumvents these restrictions, enabling direct peer-to-peer donations from around the world. Aid can be delivered instantly and securely, even in areas with minimal infrastructure.
Real-World Examples of Bitcoin in Crisis
Bitcoin’s theoretical benefits are already translating into real lives saved and improved.
1. Ukraine’s War Effort
During Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, Bitcoin proved invaluable both for civilians fleeing the conflict and for Ukraine’s government to fund its defense efforts. While traditional financial systems struggled under the weight of sanctions and war, Bitcoin allowed aid organizations and donors worldwide to send funds directly to those in need. Many Ukrainians also used Bitcoin to store their wealth and escape volatile fiat markets during the chaos.
2. Venezuelan Crisis
In Venezuela, hyperinflation obliterated savings and made the bolívar practically worthless. For many Venezuelans, Bitcoin became a lifeline. Even as banks collapsed and the government tightened its grip, people were able to store value, pay for goods, and receive international remittances through Bitcoin—all without government interference. Some Venezuelans used Bitcoin to power their escape, transferring wealth to neighboring countries as they fled.
3. Protests in Belarus
During the 2020 protests against Belarus’s authoritarian ruler Alexander Lukashenko, several activists turned to Bitcoin to fund their movement. Government attempts to freeze bank accounts and block financial transactions were thwarted by decentralized cryptocurrency systems, allowing protest organizers to mobilize more effectively.
4. Refugee Situations Worldwide
Bitcoin has also become a critical tool for refugees, who often flee their homes with little to no belongings. In countries like Afghanistan and Syria, families have protected their wealth by converting it to Bitcoin before fleeing. Once in a new location, they can access their funds digitally, even in jurisdictions that don’t recognize their citizenship or asylum status.
Veterans and the Call to Protect
For veterans stepping into roles within the Bitcoin ecosystem, helping people in war-torn regions and under dictatorship is an extension of their shared values of service and protection. Many veterans view Bitcoin as a tool to continue their mission of safeguarding liberty and supporting the vulnerable.
Organizations like the Human Rights Foundation actively work to provide education, funding, and infrastructure so that Bitcoin can empower people living under oppressive regimes. Veterans, with their experience in logistics, security, and resilience, are uniquely positioned to lead these efforts.
What’s more, veterans often see themselves as advocates for Bitcoin adoption, teaching communities—not just in the U.S., but globally—how to leverage Bitcoin’s tools to resist tyranny and bring about economic independence. Through their efforts, Bitcoin doesn’t just become a currency; it becomes a tool of liberation.
Hope Through Innovation
For people suffering under dictatorship, struggling with the chaos of war, or fleeing devastation, Bitcoin is far more than a technology—it’s hope. It allows them to reclaim their financial autonomy, resist oppression, and navigate the difficult path to survival.
Veterans understand deeply the value of freedom and the cost of oppression. By rallying around Bitcoin’s mission, they are not only continuing their service—they are empowering people around the world to claim their rights and their futures.
Bitcoin isn’t just changing the way money works; it’s changing how people fight for freedom. And for veterans, there’s no better mission than that.
