Congrats! Likely less to do with calories and more to do with lowering the frequency and intensity of insulin spikes in your blood. Most weight gain is hormonal, not caloric, so by reducing insulin your body is naturally going to lose weight.

Doing what I should have done 2 years ago and coding my own website from scratch, to host on a server of my choice. Finally honest with myself enough to know I will never be happy with out of the box solutions and I enjoy the tinkering to make websites my own. Also benefits from waaaay simpler code.
