Shock absorbers were done. We changed them and
tested it marking the floor with chalk and a rope.
Successful result.

Bronze lamp repair and maintenance work.
The work was prioritized because it literally electrocuted you when touched. ⚡ 💡 ☠️
We performed the uninstallation, complete cleaning, rust removal with acid, applied a coat of metal polish, complete rewiring, socket replacement, socket adaptation, reinforced the ceiling canopy, shortened the chain for more height and reinstalled it.
The original dual-circuit system was respected, thus allowing all four possible combinations to be achieved with two switches.

As a principle, liminarly, it's a good idea to reject what every else is doing. Then analyse their reactions. Only then you can see if they were making a request or a demand.

People trhow away stuff like these hinges because they don't know how to treat them. In less than 5' I've added to the stock two perfectly ones.

Needed some cleaning.

Two locks fixed in ine day. Electric and analog.
I couldn't figure out what was wrong with the last one so I painted it green. That provided the specific information of where the latch was blocked.

Bike rack completed! 🚲
Made from 100% salvaged wood. Plus a couple of screws and a bit of glue.
Next time I make something like this it'll be easier and faster. 😗🪚

Today I finished installing tiles in a bedroom at Alrph Citadel Buenos Aires.
Also three new electrical outlets and curtain hangers.
Many mistakes were made. Lot's of learning.
Looking forward to doing other floors.
