Very proud of my colleagues (and me) who completely derailed a large staff meeting with over 100 attendees to call out the BS responses (or lack of) to the recent UK transphobic rulings and EHRC crap. Teams chat being useful for once as was unmicing to call people out.
I was misgendered and as a result I professionally refused someone's apology. I also have my union rep on side in case anyone tries anything.
We are fighting this thing all the way. We will not make this easy for you. We will not be silent.

Started watching Arcane with @npub125c…wqa7 after many, many recommendations from @npub1he0…zspm and @npub1f9r…h694 and crikey. I was crying within the first minute!
We're only a few episodes in so absolutely no spoilers but gosh. It's always a real joy to find a new show doing something you haven't quite seen before. Or at least I haven't.

I went walking with @npub125c…wqa7 today and we did some plastic removal from a sacred space.
Leaving plastic offerings and fire hazards out in our natural spaces is not good #pagan practice and we really should do better.

If I have to see another non-CWed (or at least tagged for people's existing filters) post about how shitty a situation is, I'm going to scream.
Unless you have a call to action or something actually useful to add other than "oh yeah this sucks" then you're literally doing the work for the fascists. Good intentions just aren't an excuse anymore.
