Median housing prices in #Toronto. After a hot spring market (typical for that time of year), things have cooled down significantly according to price and transaction data from HouseSigma. Note that interest rate hikes were paused in Canada between Feb and May of this year before hikes resumed in June.

Gm and #pv nostr. Flew into #Palermo, #Sicily. Spoke to the cab driver on my way to the hotel about the supposed "wild" fires that occurred a few weeks ago. He immediately pointed out that at least one crazy arsonist has been apprehended by police in relation to these events. Western media won't cover the facts and are peddling fear. Seek truth independently!
