My approach to Software is very pragmatic. I use Linux because I think it is technically the better solution. I favor Free Software because it is a necessity to build trustworthy and secure applications.

To better resolve URLs on Fedimap.de for Fediverse services other than Mastodon, webfinger could be used. Wikimedia toolforge provides this service and it is used, e.g., on Wikidata pages: https://gitlab.wikimedia.org/toolforge-repos/fedirect
But this would mean we would depend on another external service besides OpenStreetMap. Should we go for it?

I don't remember why Mudhoney made it to my album collection. Maybe it was the iconic album cover? Since then it has it's fixed place. To me, Mudhoney always was the band, Nirvana, and especially Kurt wanted it to be. Dan Peters even briefly drummed for Nirvana.

Half a year using Perplexity mainly for search and 'vibe coding'. My personal conclusion so far: there was nothing a good (non ai driven) search engine would not have found even faster. The amount of invented solutions is enormous as it just takes several sources and mixes a reply without any logical conclusion, but pretends that it's right. Since recent updates (like from today) it works even worse, and insists on wrong answers and is not even willed to correct them anymore.

If you don't know how to do it, most solutions offer automatically patching so no need to worry.
