EL HAMBRE EN LAS AULAS: Un desgarrador testimonio expone la cruda realidad de las escuelas cubanas
En medio de una tensa discusión en un aula, una estudiante cubana estalló de impotencia ante las amenazas de su profesora por las reiteradas inasistencias del grupo. En un video difundido por el periodista Mario Pentón, que captura el dramático intercambio, la joven le explica a gritos a la docente la verdadera razón por la que faltan a la escuela: la miseria extrema y la falta absoluta de alimentos en sus hogares.
La estudiante describe lo que muchos en Cuba viven día a día: irse a dormir sin probar bocado, levantarse a las cinco de la mañana con el estómago vacío para ir a estudiar y regresar a casa sin tener qué comer. Pese a la crudeza del relato y a la advertencia de que los propios padres "están peor", la respuesta institucional carece de empatía real. La docente insiste en que no justificará las inasistencias y amenaza con reprobar a los estudiantes. Su única "solución" burocrática ante el hambre de sus alumnos es permitirles llegar un poco más tarde a clases.

Amid shouts of "the repressors are here" and the sound of pots and pans, the people of Cuba are once again taking to the streets with one clear message: freedom. These are men and women tired of darkness, blackouts, lack of food, medicine, and opportunity. A people who have lost their fear and are raising their voices against a communist and socialist dictatorship that for decades has repressed, silenced, and destroyed an entire nation.
Every strike of a pot is a cry for dignity. Every step in the streets is an act of courage. The world is watching as an entire people rise against oppression, demanding the end of that murderous dictatorship and the right to live in freedom.
We stand with the Cuban people. Their fight is just, their voice is strong, and their freedom is closer every day.
Entre gritos de "¡llegaron los represores!" y el sonido de los calderos, el pueblo de Cuba vuelve a las calles con un mensaje claro: libertad. Son hombres y mujeres cansados de la oscuridad, de los apagones, de la falta de comida, de medicinas y de oportunidades. Es un pueblo que ya no tiene miedo y que ha decidido alzar su voz frente a una dictadura comunista y socialista que por décadas ha reprimido, silenciado y destruido a toda una nación.
Cada golpe de caldero es un grito de dignidad. Cada paso en la calle es un acto de valentía. El mundo está viendo cómo un pueblo entero se levanta contra la opresión, exigiendo el fin de esa dictadura asesina y el derecho a vivir en libertad.
Estamos con el pueblo de Cuba. Su lucha es justa, su voz es fuerte y su libertad está cada día más cerca.

Pero mirá qué amorosa ésta directora de una escuela secundaria cubana. Una dulzura de mujer!!
La escuela pertenece a la zona de Morón, en Ciego de Ávila, donde el fin de semana, manifestantes hartos de todo, tomaron la sede del PCC.
Se ve que los directivos de escuela han recibido un memo con algunas indicaciones.
