I've thought the same thing but running a local LLM just can't compete right now. Its okay asking questions to but for agentic dev with large context it simply can't compete IMO. Maybe when the m5 ultra is release(?)

I actually just did this same thing today with a new pc. I didn't run into captcha but had to goto shell and type a command and reboot. Also u have to shut off internet in order for that even to work. Trash can OS.
