Do anyone have recommendations for tutorials etc. for getting started with makeup, when you have no experience at all?
My current/initial focus is mostly “invisible” day to day makeup and learning the basics.
I’m ok with both written and video format.
I know there are plenty around, but that’s sort of the problem, as I have no idea which ones are good, and some of the ones I have seen still seem to assume prior knowledge and skip steps even if they intend to be basic.
PS. I don’t know when I have spoons (energy) to start looking into it, but i thought I might as well slowly the process started.

Watching talks in the Dáil with TD after TD, based in Irish Labour motion, talking about the unacceptable state of trans health care and supporting trans rights is positively emotional (even if the chamber is too empty). Especially considering what we see in the other places/cases.
Still ongoing right now, will possibly post something more later.

For whatever it’s worth I very frequently have the problem of not being able to finish projects. I seem to run out of will to do it part way through. This is even for projects that would be very useful to get completed.
I don’t know if I’m ADHD (I don’t have spare spoons for the finding out project yet) but I have heard this problem frequently mentioned by ADHD people.

While I was walking home today I suddenly got dizzy for a bit with no clear cause. It luckily went back to normal fairly quickly, but was unpleasant.
Having poor interoception and general self doubt I was wondering if anything really did happen, but when I looked at my fitness tracker it was quite clear I was in fact not imagining it, as my pulse at clearly spiked quite noticeably.
It's not common occurrence to get dizzy and I haven't seen pulse spike like that before, so I hopefully it was just my body being annoying.
I do like having data and being able to correlate things, so that was at least a positive.

Cloud can't do just with plain cardboard boxes. Only the best laundry baskets are good enough for relaxing for a distinguished lady.

I got my first ID with my name on it this week!
I changed my name at work a while ago, but it takes a while for them to create a new badge (for any new badge), so I only got the new one this week.
The women who got the badge with my deadname on it and handed me my new one smiled warmly when handed me the new one (= it was pretty obvious trans change...), so that was nice too.
One more step.

New cat entertainment found: Me putting on moisturizer is apparently very interesting to watch :-). I just thought it was a thing I could do while looking after him.

People with more ADHD (diagnosis) clue. Are there any noticeable downsides to a formal ADHD diagnosis with regard to discrimination and more?
I'm asking since for Autism there can be some significant cases where having a formal diagnosis is a problem, but it seems to me to be not an issue in the same way for ADHD.
I mostly care about Ireland / EU, but if people have information from other locations I'm interested in that too.
PS. Not that I think it makes a difference, but I'm not asking for myself in this case.
