A "fun" thing I discovered about 1password storing TOTP:
You can export the secret key back out of it again.
So when you store a password and TOTP together in it, it's just a single factor with extra steps.
Granted this is likely true for most any implementation of TOTP where it gets synced. But it's still a little bit uncomfortable to see the secret key sitting right there in the JSON export of your password vault

There's just no other economics way for this to happen. Okay yes, zipper hoodie is optimal most of the time. Though I'm also partial on sicker days for ones with the pockets that go all the way across.
