@nprofile…0zw6 Viet Nam is perhaps the leader in vertically integrated chocolate (I'm thinking especially of the Marou brand). I've seen it on a very small scale in the Dominican Republic and on a larger scale in Hawaii.
Not disagreeing with your larger point at all, just trying to think of who is worth lifting up.

@nprofile…48vs Well Square, WeWork, and Uber were within a block and none of them are any more. Whether you liked or hated Market on Market it was very much aimed at tech workers. As for the neighborhood more broadly I was walking down the street and noticing the businesses which are still there or reopened and I don't know if I can summarize them in a toot but I'll say not aimed at tech workers nearly the same way.
