Moj komentar o digitalni suverenosti izpred desetih let je še vedno aktualen, sedaj ko se govori o zmogljivejši umetni inteligenci za državljane. Takrat sem obisk premiera pri več ameriških multinacionalkah imenoval servilnost. Zdajšnji premier pa verjetno samo misli, da je ui za javnost ful dobra ideja in grejo miljončki, kot žetončki.

A disaster but not the first betrayal of workers by Slovenian union federation. They also did not object (in a meaningful manner) when gig economy came to Slovenia.
Now some smaller leftist groups are trying to collect 40k signatures to have a referendum against the reform, but it is not going great!

Actually Slovenia 🇸🇮 just passed pension reform, they increased retirement age to 62-67 (depending on your working period. this is cca 2 year increase) and some other measures to make pensions smaller. And union federation supported the change. They let down the workers and sided with capital. And these are huge unions that cover by some estimates more than 70% of the labor force of Slovenia.

Danes sem oddal svoj podpis za referendum proti pokojninski reformi in dobil tele hude nalepke. Ker je zaenkrat zbranih samo 6k podpisov, sem šel še čez imenik in poklepetal z znanci, ki jih bolj malokrat vidim in jih povabil, da oddajo podpis za #referendum. #stopPokojninski

I've been making monthly radio shows on tech #politics, #DIY and tech alternatives for 8 years now on community radio RadioStudent 🇸🇮. The show is bilingual but mostly in Slovene and we had some ideas of translating them to English to reach broader audience.
