If a web site only works properly in one web browser, it is definitely due to developer incompetence. Chrome didn’t become dominant overnight, it had lots of help from lazy developers who believed marketing over their users’ needs.
“But Chrome is *fast*” not as fast as people closing the window or tab and seeking something else.

I wish my American friends could truly understand what it is like being in Canada and having no control over how your bullshit ruins our country. When your new administration takes over on Monday, they could decide to completely tank Canada’s economy overnight just to score points with their supporters. I am trying to sell my house and do other things in the midst of all this.
None of you will ever understand but I guess jokes about “America’s Hat” or “51st state” are funny to you

My wife and I just finished watching season 3 and I have to say I felt really disappointed by the ending.
Maybe it’s always been like this and I am simply noticing but too many TV series seem to drag things out — 10 episodes when they clearly only had 5 worth of material, season finales that don’t resolve anything.
On top of it, my usual complaints of them trying to make me feel sympathy for (IMO) unsympathetic characters.

For me it is 90% acid reflux and maybe 10% GERD (via doctor). Not nearly as debilitating as Crohn’s. I am just struggling with a much-reduced menu of foods I can eat and really struggling to alter eating habits and portion sizes.

My stomach issues have turned me from a person who enjoyed eating and trying out things into someone who doesn’t enjoy it because it feels like every meal is a potential landmine. Was that portion too big? Did I eat too fast? One slice of pizza okay? Oh man, my favourite dish at that place is smothered in chili and onions. The steak I grilled caused me stomach pain all night.
