Of all the political discourse around the globe, and the division it’s creating, perhaps one of the more perplexing changes has been seeing Alec Empire and Nic Endo, of Atari Teenage Riot, turn into conservative wanks. Germany has nice public toilets. 50 cents for 15 minutes. Pressurized floors to detect if someone is in there and keep the doors locked. Amazingly clean and comfortable. Problem is Germans are super fkn cheapskates and it’s almost like a sport to piss and shit just outside the bathroom capsule. Tell you what, if I need to drop a deuce in public, I’d pay up to 5€ for this luxury. Would be nice if they had the Japanese butt washers, but not sitting on an STD Petrie dish makes it worth every cent.

Heading to Naples tomorrow. The garbage outta smell like a fkn festering mass of boiled vomit. Gonna put a little Tiger Balm under my nose before i go lounge by the pool. My friends made it to Ro,e and one of the first txts I get it “what’s with all the garbage!” I explained that if you pay close attention you’ll see all the Italians pointing in various directions indicating that it’s everyone’s fault but their own.

Having two Meshtastic LoRa devices in the same apartment confuses the holy fuck out of the app. Wonder if that’s a work in progress or what. Thinking I want to have one node at home 24/7 and one that I carry around with me, strapped onto my backpack. I suppose I need to turn that one off until I actually emerge into the light and leave the bunker.
Today: soldering together a backpack gpio card for the Flipper0 that lets me interface with a Pi0 to make a Flipagotchi!

Going to Brussels for an overnighter tomorrow. Super top secret software update mission. Staying at my favorite hotel in the area. Kinda wish I still boozed up as that’s the belly of the beast for good beers. However, it’s like letting an arsonist loose in the fireworks shop. Just not advisable. Hardest part is passing the Orval brewery on the way home. That’s the GOAT for me. Even over Westy.

I love astrophysics. But at some point I get annoyed at the speculation being presented as fact. Ex: Betelgeuse is 725 light years away. Yet scientists will tell us what it’s made of, its temperatures, etc. as if this is proven fact rather than just speculation based on our limited knowledge of what we know in our immediate galaxy. What’s to say it’s not made of gasses we’ve never contemplated could exist? I just wish all this fact sharing was shared as wild guessing, because that’s what it is.

@npub1d6l…e9qj Little known fact: I recorded a gnarly fart and slowed it down, dropped the pitch, reversed it, distorted it, dropped some irrelevant samples over the top of it and released it as a track called “Brown Sunshine” on the album “I Hate Your Ears”. It’s the opening track and sets the tone for the remainder of the aural assault nicely.
