Biden said he would veto it. Trump came out next day full on supporting #bitcoin and crypto. The WH realized they had lost a lot of votes within days of this. Soon after Biden came out and said he would not veto and that was followed by the about face from the SEC and the Etheruem ETF approval.
Trump gets convicted and the Dems see the election head back their way so Biden vetos it late Friday.
That was my overall take of events the last few weeks.

Well I think he actually did the crimes and it was stupid because he was literally Teflon at the time and fucking a porn star wouldn't have stopped him getting elected and I doubt his wife gives a shit either.

Fixed rate mortgage FTW, but the right analogy is taxes. In most states your home taxes will get reassest every year. They almost never go down.
So that's similar to the rent raise. Home ownership in the USA is one of the few assets where a wealth tax is applied.
It's still way better financially to own than to rent. Zero question about it.
