Yeah but the flavor of brew is hampered that close to roasting. We would wait AT LEAST three-four days to cup roasted batches before blending to get a better sense of the roast/bean. I would argue if you want the most antioxidants just buy cascara and make tea and/or eat raw coffee/cacao as the antioxidant profile is degraded by roasting.

14-30 days from roast is the best time to consume IMO. There is a volatile degassing period for the first week off roast for light/city style roasts that affect brew extraction; darker roasts age and oils go rancid faster so maybe only wait a week. I prefer to age high elevation grown beans another week in the bag with on-way valve to have consistent brews. Still lots of bloom most of the time!

I don’t believe fructose is good for anything really. Fruit/honey/dairy is a treat; occasionally for mineral and electrolyte replacement. Vegetables are for garnish, texture/flavor, and some medicinal use-cases. I’m careful to scale macros paired with plants to counteract antinutrient effects and downsides of fiber - or I just don’t eat them because they seem like wasted dollars/calories. Unless you’re super active and live near the equator, I don’t think fruits/nuts should be anything more than a seasonal treat. Eat what grows locally, or better yet grow it yourself. Frontier has become sticklers for their “personal item” size policy and they’re pushy with credit-card in flight. GOOD all-you-can-fly pass. 💵
Spirit’s planes are not as clean, but BEST VALUE for direct domestic and international direct. Most blue-haired flight attendants tho. 🤡
Allegiant is SUPERB: no bag size checks, no mandatory seat assignments unless full and the flight attendants still wear skirts. 👏🏻
