Got my scans from the hospital and dug out a drive to read the new-fangled DVD-ROM they came on. These are my thankfully stable and hopefully healing well broken neck and back.
I'm still a couple of weeks away from riding outdoors, but am back on the turbo trainer now which is good for body and mind. #cycling

Hearing two nurses chatting about the election, one an older one, the other a first time voter. Young one says she doesn’t know who to vote for. Advice from the older was to not vote in that case, and she hadn’t been going to vote either until she’d heard Farage was running. We don’t live anywhere near Clacton, so I think there was some confusion regardless of whether she saw this as a vote for or against.
