Got my scans from the hospital and dug out a drive to read the new-fangled DVD-ROM they came on. These are my thankfully stable and hopefully healing well broken neck and back.
I'm still a couple of weeks away from riding outdoors, but am back on the turbo trainer now which is good for body and mind. #cycling
