I thought I could have it all. Nope. Liquidated at 65 then another loan again at 61. Loan seemed perfect... I thought I took it out near the bottom at the time with only blue skies ahead... boy was I wrong. Lesson learned the hard way.
I should have listed to Odell and stayed humble and stacked sats

Yes, my son is autistic and he's had 2 sessions so far. It is definitely helping with his regulation and settling his system. Going back next week for more. I tried it too and yes, I think anyone can find benefits from it.

Cool thanks! Yeah it works good, but not as seamless as Primal. Zap click takes you out of Amethyst and into Phoenix to send and it takes a swipe to jump back into Amethyst. I might just be using it wrong lol

I watched Alien Romulus with my sci-fi film buddy at the cinema last night. I remember watching Aliens with him at a sleep over when we were waaay too young (I had nightmares for weeks afterwards haha).
This latest film felt like a good mix of horror/ claustrophobia of Alien with the adrenaline overload of Aliens. If you liked these two films then go check out Alien Romulus

Mindfulness meditation - I just tried a new (to me) technique that came to mind whilst box breathing today.
Regular box breathing is
1. Breathing in for the count of 4
2. Hold for the count of 4
3. Breathing out for the count of 4
4. Hold for the count of 4
(I listen to an analogue tick tock clock for rhythm)
It occurred to me whilst doing this what if we extend the number count. I then continued with 8 then 12 for two rounds each. I did feel the urge to gulp air on 12 count come up so I didn't want to extend further this time.
If we did box breathing to the count of 15 (seconds) sections then we would have a 1-breath-per-minute technique. I wouldn't recommend going straight into this so I will look at developing a protocol and seeing how it feels.
Box breathing has been my go-to mindfulness technique- give it a go!

5 hours remaining for my first ever 3-day-fast. Here is my fluffy friend giving some moral support.
I've only done an 18hour fast before so this has been quite a step up.
First 24 hours I had to work to avoid snacks.
Second 24 hours I didn't feel hungry, had good focus.
Third 19 hours to now, I'm starting to feel a bit weaker but no hunger.
On the whole not as bad an experience as I thought :-)
