Three tips keep me loving my stainless steel:
1. Preseason everytime. High heat until drop of water skitters like mercury bead. Add oil to cover surface. When begins to smoke reduce/remove from heat. Thirty seconds later ready to cook. (see Wok with Tok on YouTube)
2. For when do have food stuck on pan simply add enough water to cover and bring to full boil. Add some baking soda and let sit 1 hour. Scouring pad easily finishes.
3. Bar Keepers Friend really works. Makes even ancient (thrift store, garage sale) pans look like new!

I believe what makes Nostr work for me is who I follow and who follows me. I only have android so Amethyst is my client of choice. But to maximize my connection with those who graciously follow me snort.social has a "Follow All" button to increase my communication pipeline (use Kiwi Browser set in desktop mode and add the nos2x extension signer for simple sign-in). I continue to get new followers every day so I use snort.social daily to follow my followers and it makes a difference.

@threeseries, hi! I'd love to hear your experience if you try Agora Desk. Not sure how @Gold does P2P but after realizing all the zaps in my Wallet of Satoshi are non-KYC I decided to add more sats using P2P.
I chose RoboSats because it uses the lightning network, it works on my mobile phone, and it accepts Strike which is my KYC method of buying BTC.
To test it I made my own offer to buy the least amount of Bitcoin RoboSats would let me ($6.20) and offered 5% over current Bitcoin value. There's a 24 hour timer and someone sold me their Bitcoin in the 24th hour. The sat were directly deposited into my Nostr connected wallet and I'll figure out later how to put sats into their own hardware wallet. For now I just want to get started .
I'm also exploring direct person to person but my wife is convinced I'll get myself mugged. I think Bitcoin meetups might work and I was lucky to chat with the OG of a web based P2P encrypted locator. I suggest you check it out. It's new yet already has a large world map with lots of people willing to buy and sell Bitcoin! If you want to see it in action without having to follow through you can always click on me, last I checked I'm the only green dollar sign in Oregon. Chats are encrypted and notifications come through your email so there can be a lag in responses. But check it out, pretty fascinating to me. localsats.org

Ha! You made me laugh when you asked for hacking Bitcoin videos. For over thirteen years Bitcoin has been under constant attack and it isn't possible to hack it. That's why it has a reputation for being anti-fragile. If there is a perfect example of the impossible dream hacking Bitcoin would be it.

I believe it is because the Lightning Network is virtually free. I know even when I send funds to my family in the Philippines using the Lightning Network of Strike there are no additional fees. Pretty cool!

Great phrasing "unregistered stash"! Thanks to Nostr I noticed my pages and pages of zaps are "unregistered", my wallet has absolutely none of my KYC sats in it! So I just went a step further and dipped my toe in the water of P2P, and bought the smallest amount of Bitcoin I could on RoboSats ($6.20 funding with Strike). Amazingly easy to do, highly recommend. Now I have a controlled way to add to my unregistered stash!🙂

Thanks to @Padoc2robert for sharing this pro-bitcoin video today of an interview with Caitlin Long. Caitlin has a knack for cutting to the chase. She is fun to listen to and her own story is timely because she is trying to license a storage-only bank and has been denied. (Her bank is willing to hold 108% in reserves and not offer loans, eliminating any chance of a "bank run". )
Caitlin points out the notion the elite SVB uninsured needed bailing out to be laughable considering any responsible company is fully aware of the FDIC limit and has staff to stay insured. For example, she said a major company like General Electric has a huge staff that oversees more than 10,000 bank accounts to remain under the limit. I am sad to read this. My wife and I give credit to the FIRE movement (Financial Independence Retire Early) for its emphasis on reducing expenses and eliminating debt.
Without spending a dime to follow a guru we were able to "chunk" pay all our debt and eliminate twenty years of principal and interest payments in two years. It left us with an enviable amount of "disposable" income and because of our new innate, righteous hatred of the banking system led us straight into the arms of Bitcoin.
Mr. Mustache dismisses Bitcoin as having no intrinsic value, using his clipped fingernails as an equivalency. His distaste for Bitcoin is palpable. Bitcoin is anti-fragile and will face greater foes than Mr Mustache and his premise that we who believe in, buy, and hold Bitcoin are merely participating in a speculative game trying to someday sell off to a greater fool. I think sometimes influencers can be well intentioned but totally wrong.

Hi, #[2] . First, let me say thank you. It is flattering to be approached by you. You seem to really enjoy nostr, Bitcoin, and you have a great gift for engagement so thank you for putting a little of your light on me, it is really appreciated.
Straight to it. Unless your family has a trace of crazy in it they may not relate to my story. Bitcoin is "outside the box". We Boomers don't have Bitcoin on our radar and if the subject came up we'd probably reply we have no need for it. Sad many of us think that way.
On a Boomer scale of "just getting by" to "doing very well" I feel very blessed to be just getting by because I was more inclined to see what Bitcoin is about. Those doing well are likely already comfortably tucked in and exploring the magic of Bitcoin is probably a laughable notion. They are very happy to remain "in the box" thank you very much.
My story is simple, wife and I chose to be debt free. Sacrificed for two years to clear 20 years of future mortgage payments. But then Covid hit, had to take forced retirement for refusal to be jabbed. Now Bitcoin serves as our savings and the tax-free portion of my retirement. I won't be surprised if in the long term our Bitcoin savings become generational because we will never sell what is set aside. Grateful Bitcoin does what it does. And grateful to you for letting me share a little.

Same problem here. Since I am using Android I've been using the Kiwi Browser with the nos2x extension without incident. Now, by entering my private key and activating the extension I can get the global feed but if I click the "following" button I get this with no further results.

Sometimes I am hesitant to try an audio link because I get frustrated with all the banter and wandering off-topic. But I was intrigued by the concept of Bitcoin as an energy wall. This is fairly short, but more importantly it goes directly into how Bitcoin enhances anything it's used with (like nostr) and the the defensive nature of its designed "energy wall" that will protect it as fiat controllers continue attempting to defeat it.

I guess the speediest means the amount of latency and usually the closer you are to their location the faster. But there are other considerations because some relays have better hardware, are up (online) more, etc. If you click any of the relays an info page will load showing them on a map with more details.

Head over to nostr.watch. they list by speediest relays closest to you. I've heard 10-12 relays total get the job done without overloading your data allowance.
Maybe consider a paid relay or two. The wine relay that includes a filter has given me great results and only costs a buck or two.
