Just set up a Lightning Piggy for my two boys (ages 5 and 7) and I'm pumped to share this journey!
As a Bitcoin maxi dad, I've been orange-pilling my kids since day one. Between our conversations at home, the Tuttle Twins books, and watching the cartoons together, they're starting to understand sound money and why we save in sats, not dollars.
I've been looking for a way to reward their hard work doing chores around the house, but paying them in fiat never felt right. Why teach them to save in something that loses value?

You can't beat having backyard chickens! I just need to find locals that want to trade Non KYC sats for eggs now. Peer to peer just like Satoshi intended!
Side note: I consume ten raw eggs every morning in my post workout breakfast protein shake. Some people worry about Salmonella, but I think that fear should be reserved for factory farm chickens and eggs. My backyard birds are healthy and I wash the shell thoroughly before cracking and consuming the eggs. I've eaten hundreds, probably over a thousand, eggs this way and have never gotten sick.
Anyone else consume their own flocks eggs raw worry free or is it just me?

Not sure I'd label him a bad person honestly. He preaches for people to get to one Bitcoin. He may be right or wrong on the ETF, but he has definitely made an impact on people getting their hands on more Bitcoin.

1. Jesus Christ is my lord and Savior.
2. I'm a husband and father to three kids. My oldest son is 5, my second son is 4, and my daughter is 1.
3. I'm a bit of a homesteader. I have 45 chickens, a garden, I create vermiculture compost, and would love to one day have dairy goats or maybe a cow.

I went from a complete investment newb to trying stocks, then I quickly transitioned to crypto before stumbling upon Max Keiser and going all Bitcoin. The entire process happened over about two months. Thank God for being Orange Pilled by Max and Stacy. Then reading The Bitcoin Standard completely sealed the deal!

Just to clarify I'm still stacking sats. My DCA plan is still intact for BTC, but I'm adding a new smaller ETF DCA plan. Just gives me pause putting firepower into something that isn't pure Bitcoin.

I've been feeling very conflicted recently on whether I should be putting my investment energy into Bitcoin or the Bitcoin ETF. Don't get me wrong I'm a Bitcoin Maxi and a month ago this would be a no brainer and I'd say just buy real Bitcoin and self custody. But honestly I've been listening to a lot of British HODL on X and he has been making a great case for the ETF. I have my stack of BTC and ideally I don't want to sell that, so maybe accumulating the ETF will allow me to use that and somehow leverage that in the fiat world so I don't have to cash out any of my BTC. Does this make sense or am I overthinking this and I should just shut up and stack sats?
