I’m not finding any more detailed, serious reports about what happened in this incident. The news is perfunctory and just repeats the ICE blither about Tren de Aragua. If you see any serious journalism about how the ICE gangsters raided this building, please post? If they were just randomly detaining people, busting down doors, this is indeed a major escalation we are likely to see become commonplace.

This needs to be story number 1 right now and this is the first I’ve seen of it, thank you.
Back in the 80’s, a similar raid on an apartment complex largely with Black residents was pulled by FBI or some such. The entire complex was detained. The ACLU took it to the Supreme Court, where such raids were declared unconstitutional. I can’t understand how this news report doesn’t mention that. The wide net raid of people without probable cause is unconstitutional. I know, law only helps fascist scum often. But these ICE raids need to be denounced for the illegal oppression they are.

Thank you for these wonderful posts on ag work. There’s another thing about the “able bodied Medicaid slavery” which needs attention - what does able bodied mean when one ages? Having done hard conservation work in the field, I was already way past expiry in my early 30’s. Medicaid slavery realistically has only the 20 year olds to draft.
