On a similar note, when I'm in the studio interface there's a section of "inspiration" videos for my channel (or whatever they label it), and it's been majority right-wing news/propaganda content every time I looked. (Needless to say, I and the podcast do not in any way align with such content. But I do suppose they have cracked how to reach a wide audience more than I have …)

I’m a Apple watch wearer since 2017, and I remain deeply torn about this. I can mostly ignore it, and I do enjoy the tracking, but the thing and its urge for more still frustrates me every now and then.

Great question! :-D It mainly filters out things likely to be US political outrage things, plus Elon, Twitter, and - since yesterday - Facebook and Zuckerberg. Also a little bit of Swedish filtering for good measure, even if I’ve got very little of that fare.
