I’ve been very busy building an encrypted messaging protocol that uses ML-DSA-87 post quantum encryption. Lots of privacy and decentralizing features. I’ve been thinking about the system that convinces so many you have to be a crypto trader to “make it” so less than 1% make money off the backs of the 99%.
All while, everyone that buys and holds Bitcoin more than 4 years is a winner. A100% success rate doing nothing, just stacking sats.
It’s the manifestation of the hamster wheel that is the fiat debt cycle. Macro Investors just track new money debasement ( Liquidity) and attempt to earn more than others all while the entire system rots from within.

One new element to the bitcoin understanding is the concept of technological deflation - and until a little while ago my understanding of Bitcoin was limited to Bitcoin just outpacing inflation ( money expansion) but not why.
Money expansion ( inflation ) + capturing the value of technological deflation ( value from global productivity increases )
So Bitcoin is capturing global value creation that is normally stolen from all of humanity through currency debasement. If you have a low time preference you can capture ( with Bitcoin ) a small part of all humanity’s productivity. I’ve been thinking about how to capture some part of the AI revolution but it’s hard since these are private companies but I see now you can capture a piece of the global value creation of AI use through society- by buying and holding Bitcoin. It’s hard to really wrap your mind around. @nprofile…jzep really helped me understand this component- and connect the dots. I’m still thinking about this. comments welcome.

i’ve been doing some research on AI agent adoption of bitcoin as their medium of exchange so on top of the huge TAM that most bitcoiners already project we have this added benefit of 1 billion + AI agents in the future using bitcoin. i’m at technologist I run blockchain infrastructure. I recently come over to almost a pure bitcoin stance. Because if you understand where the future is going, it doesn’t seem like buying anything else. Makes any sense at all.

the advice i’ve given people who ask me about cryptocurrencies has been “just buy bitcoin,” even when i didn’t follow my own advice, every single time i’ve said anything about other things. i’ve regretted it. My reputation means something to me. Bitcoin is the way. If you can’t openly talk about what you own then you probably don’t own shit worth buying lol.

I originally bought bitcoin in May 2017, almost immediately traded it for not bitcoin, and the project founders embezzled everything. So i’d rather have the 2 bitcoin now but lesson learned. lol.
I’ve been shitcoining for the last few years did ok, but now i wish i had spent that time staking sats to be honest. Not going to pretend i’ve been a hard core bitcoiner all along. Owned some for a long time. I’m really just starting over now, and concentrating on bitcoin.
