I'm very sad and depressed, that I can't help you. I'm from the class of the working poor.
In the last days I had no cent. So I went to "work" during christmas: I took empty bottles, which I brought to a shop for getting some money. During christmas I'm I feeling very bad about the deadly livelyhood conditions specially for children and female human beings in many poor countries.
This, because the male human beings in this horrible capitalist patriarchy were made to killers. This during last century specially by this sort of toxic males: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Johann_von_Leers.
Wars only serve to feed the very dangerous arms industry and are made for the profit of some superrich families, who invested in other business too.
I spoke with good, human communists in a meeting. They created the slogan: Neither #Israel nor #Palestine, but class struggle.

If you reflect political economy, you will see that capitalism established totalitarism. The German NS-State as well as the so called "Sowjet State" (which destroyed the sowjets (councils) during so called "war communism"* have been capitalistic states.
Stalinism was the result of counter-revolution against the communist movement, but the German NS-State, which started a war against the "Jewish Bolshewism" and murdered millions of Jews, but in Italy they could survive - until the Nazi-"Wehrmacht" occupied Italy.

Hannah Arendt was wrong in this book, when she equated National Socialism with Stalinism. This is reactionary, revisionist and dangerous, see the historians' dispute in Germany.
Both systems have a different history. Stalinism was founded after the communist revolution between 1917 until 1923 failed.
