Okay some things I have learned. anigma.io is great but if you want a more twitter-style experience rather than telegram, I recommend https://astral.ninja -- There is a follow list you can search for folks (maybe from nostr.directory) just be sure to search for the hex key, not their npub and they will show up to be followed and you can curate your feed.
