I haven’t posted for two days because I was extremely ill. I couldn’t receive the IV injections needed to treat my severe malnutrition, and my condition worsened dangerously. What has been revealed about abuses in Sde Teiman prison is not new for Palestinian prisoners. My brother is still imprisoned in Israeli prisons, and he spent a long period in that facility. Through the lawyer who was able to visit him, he told us about the torture and harsh treatment they face there. What happens inside these prisons is far worse than what the world sees, and the suffering of the prisoners continues to this day.💔😓

The suspension of some Palestinian families’ accounts on Mastodon for sending many messages is unfortunate. Often, families reach out to many people because they are not receiving enough daily support.
I am also part of these campaigns, and I notice that some families receive much more engagement than others.
All families are going through the same difficult circumstances and need support, so it’s important that attention and help reach everyone more fairly.

We are from Gaza, and the bombardment is still continuing.
A short while ago, tents sheltering displaced families in Al-Zawayda were hit while people were sleeping. The attack led to the death of two girls who were inside the tents.
Even sleep here no longer feels safe.
What’s happening is not just numbers in the news. These are real lives. Gaza is still being bombed, and people are still suffering. 💔
